"I've Got a Lovely Bunch of Coconuts" is a novelty song written by Fred Heatherton, a songwriting pseudonym for a collaboration of English songwriters.[1] It is sung by Zazu to Scar. However, after singing a few lyrics, Zazu complains that he would never have had to do this for Mufasa. The version sung in the film was not included in the soundtrack or its expanded version.

Years later, Jessi Zazu has made more noise in Nashville than most of its rockers can even dream of. Those Darlins made three albums between 2009 and 2013 and became the noisy royals of the city's underground. The band, which she formed as a teenager with Kelley Anderson, Nikki Kvarnes and Linwood Regensburg after receiving a hands-on education at the Southern Girls Rock Camp, lived up to the legacy Jessi embraced, of women who made unvarnished truth sparkle through the artful application of feedback and attitude. She loved the Carter Family and the Ronettes, Creedence Clearwater Revival and Rubber Soul. As a songwriter, she grew up in front of her loving audience's eyes: Her early Those Darlins songs are sass explosions pierced through with shards of insight, while later ones reveal a woman digging into herself, facing her own vulnerabilities aided by an increasingly sophisticated feminist consciousness.

Zazu (1986) is the debut (and, to date, only) album released by American model and singer-songwriter Rosie Vela. The album was produced by Gary Katz, best known for his work in that capacity with Steely Dan, and many of the songs feature Steely Dan's Donald Fagen on keyboards and Walter Becker on guitar. Tony Levin plays Chapman stick on the songs "Tonto" and "Zazu".

When Scar tells Zazu to sing a song with more "bounce" to entertain him, the imprisoned hornbill starts to sing the tune from "It's a Small World," a boat ride at various Disney parks around the world.

"It's a Small World" is the theme song of the attraction of the same name. It was written by the Sherman Brothers in 1963. In The Lion King Musical, Zazu attempts to comfort the new king by singing a song". Zazu sings "It's a Small World" and Scar cuts him off by telling him that he despises it.

Since The Lion King is a 1990s musical adaptation of the Disney film, the songs below are from the 1980s-2010s. In addition, there are lots of contemporary pop/rock, R&B, and gospel songs below since this is often requested at The Lion King casting calls.

Zazu talked for almost an hour about her drawings, songwriting and how much of herself she puts into her art. At times it seemed like the conversation was another one of her long art therapy sessions, as though she was hashing out some thoughts that never quite made it onto the page or canvas.

The way I wrote most of these songs was just to write and write and write and not stop and not even think about what I was writing. Like an hour of free writing basically. And then read back and pick out stuff.

Father's Day recently celebrated their 10th anniversary with a tribute album to themselves that featured like Treasure Mammal, Former Friends of Young Americans, Ray Reeves, the Phoenix Sons and Shovel covering their song, "It's Called a Separation." Their latest album, "Life," is a darkly comic, irreverent punk-rock party that could teach a person everything you need to know about being a sexist, dysfunctional dad -- but you know, it's in-character and obviously very tongue-in-check.

The Alwun House website sums them up as "Arizona's finest purveyors of punkgrass, where righteous anger meets strong 4-part harmonies and bluegrass instruments for a surprising moshpit hoedown!" And that sounds about right. For those who haven't heard them, a fun place to start is this year's video for "Gateway Drug," a mock indictment of smoking marijuana, which includes the lines, "It leads to laughter / It leads to tears / It leads to scowling discussions 'bout the songs of Britney Spears."

Scar's army, helping carry out his evil plot to take over the Pridelands. Hyenas are mangy, mindless creatures who sing in "Be Prepared." Cast actors who are able to sing the background parts of that song while playing the loud and raucous characters. Your hyenas can double as animals of the Pridelands or lionesses. ff782bc1db
