So, I think that the song talks about a couple whose flame is gone out of their relationship. They feel like they don't love each other as much as they used to, and they're still together, only because they feel like they're obliged to.

Women often think too much into small things men do and then it snowballs , i have done this often and this sing really gets into my emotions as i have done this in my relationship, but with a little communication with my partner we "learned to love again" as i felt he was slipping away from me, and so pushed him away and so he felt i was going off of him and again its a snowball, but with communication , the love in not broken just bent, and we learned to lovee again.
