When I try to set up PayPal Mastercard: Delete on line info > add on line info from spinner > enter user name and password + remember password > Quicken comes up as identifying account BUT the only selection is "don't add to quicken" in the spinner and cannot be changed. Wells Fargo same first steps & second & third > oops we have a problem CC-501. I reported these problems IN DETAIL last month. Have not heard a thing."

Paypal eliminated the download transactions button when the site was upgraded about ten days ago. I used to be able to download credit card transactions into quicken by choosing something like transactions since statement date. Can it be done after the update somehow?

Same issue as stated above with one step and individual account update for paypal or paypal credit. The normal refresh account, delete account and add new account just resulted in quicken servers saying they can not connect, any thing available except computer generated response

If you wish to have some other fields used for the conversion, then edit the paypal.csv file to rename the headers so the that first Payee or Name column is what you want to import for the Payee and the first Memo or Address column is what you want to import into the Quicken Memo.

Thanks for the info. I will say this is frustrating. Do any other banks require this through Plaid? Coming recently from Quicken, which many issues over time with downloads btw, but when it was working it would almost never require any type of re-auth. One login to paypal and it was good to go pretty much permanently.

If I "Download All Accounts", it still shows an attempt to access PayPal in the status bar. If I open my PayPal account window and click the Download button, it shows me two options: "Download from MoneyDance+" and "Open www.paypal.com in browser". The second item is expected, since I put the URL into the account edit popup. But the first is not expected at this point.

I had been downloading ebay sales info, including fees on each sale, via paypal, not the easiest process but I figured it out. Now with Managed Payments, I don't know how to get the sales info into a QFX or QIF format for download into Quicken. Thanks for any help with this.

I know this isn't the answer you're looking for, but I found a utility a few years ago called CSV2QIF that converts CSV files to Quicken Import Files. It works fine - I made it part of my workflow for getting ebay sales into quicken. I'm also interested in figuring out how to get managed payments transaction detail into my Quicken now, just started working on it and hope its not too painful.

Agreed. Ebay has really gone backwards and has added more work/complexity to manage sales using Quicken. I have started to sell on other sites with lower fees since Ebay has lost the edge in online selling. With the "NEW" Ebay, I have to manually add each sale as a line item vs the more seamless way paypal listed each transaction nicely when automatically downloaded into Quicken. ff782bc1db
