When you choose to have your recordings automatically saved online, they will immediately appear in your Video Library as soon as the session ends. From the Dashboard, click the Video icon in the left menu.

I have found that not all MP4 videos are created equal, and they can play on certain computers/operating system/web browser, but not on others. It is odd that the video showed on your colleague's computer but not the recording.

I may be totally wrong, but it doesn't seem to be a matter of the videos not working on particular devices/computers: they worked on two colleagues' computers, and on mine as well when playing them on the live webinar.

They are just not showing on the recording with the rest of the webinar - and I was the presenter when sharing the videos, so this was not the issue either.

p.s.: it might be worth mentioning too that the videos I shared were actually created using GotoWebinar, they are clips from a previous webinar recording (which play with no issues when I open them on my computer).

The recording has never included any video you play. Your instincts are right - you have to add the video you played in the live event in post-editing. I would also suggest you delay your on-demand availability and follow up email at least one day. Download the original video, then save it. Edit the original video to include the video you are missing. Upload it back to GoToWebinar. Then go back to your event set up - go to emails and in the follow-up email - select your edited video as a replacement to the original.

Only uploaded .MP4 files will be captured in online recordings, and linked YouTube videos will be cut from the final recording. If your account is set to local recording (to your computer), the webcams and shared videos will not be included.

GoTo Webinar is a professional and convenient service tool for online seminars. It has a built-in screen recording tool to record a seminar session for later reference or share it with those who are absent. However, only professional account users and the host/co-host can record the screen during an online seminar. As an attendee, if you need such a screen recording for free, you need to ask the host's permission to get a copy.

Windows PC has a free and native screen recorder called Xbox Game Bar for screen capture. However, it is not an ideal choice for recording an online seminar on GoTo Webinar as Game Bar doesn't support recording a full screen and doesn't allow a webcam.

The GoTo Webinar platform itself has a built-in recorder for a seminar organizer or co-organizer to record a live seminar meeting. It is a comprehensive recording tool that can capture everything during the meeting including all attendants, presentations, screen sharing, and visuals.

Step 3: Click Stop Recording (Windows) or Recording (Mac) to stop the recording. If the recording space is less than 100MB, the recording automatically stops during a local recording.

You can find your local webinar recordings are saved in the Documents folder both on Windows and Mac. On a PC, open the Windows File Explorer and select Documents. on a Mac, open the Finder app from the Dock and select Documents and then Recordings folder.

If you are using online recording, how to download GoTo Webinar recording to a local storage device? You sign in to your GoTo Webinar account and open Video Library. Click on the recording clip you want to download and click the More icon. Then click Download and the recording with an MP4 format will be automatically downloaded to your computer.

I highly doubt that there are implementations in place to mitigate the risk of MUC participants recording a GoToMeeting session with a program like FRAPS (as an example), simply because you - the facilitator does not have control over the participant's systems.

If you have ever recorded a GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, or GoToTraining event to use for video marketing you probably quickly learned that even if you choose the WMV format for recording, you can't use the video on any online platform or even in post production products like Camtasia. Read below to learn how to fix this!

STEP 1. The first step is to make sure that when you record your webinar or meeting, that you set GoToWebinar to record and convert the event to a Windows Media Player file. (If you have past recordings that are recorded in the GoToMeeting format, click here for instructions on how to convert it.)

This will ensure all future recordings will be in the WMV format. NOTE - your video will STILL not work with online video platforms or products like Camtasia due to the title slide placement. (if you have tried using Camtasia, you have probably experienced a stall at 2% while publishing).

STEP 3. Add the GoToMeeting codec to Any Video Converter. Even though GoToMeeting says it converts the recording to a WMV format, it creates a fairly unique version of that format that you can't really use. Here's how to add the GTM codec to Any Video Converter:

The GoToWebinar recordings are saved under the Video Library. These recordings are also used for webinar replays. The webinar recordings can be downloaded, shared and edited.

Movavi Screen Recorder is one of the exceptional screen recorders in the market. As an advanced program, Movavi Screen Recorder has a wide range of settings, including an automatic scheduler, specific keyboard & cursor effects, and same-time recording of different instances. With Movavi, you can take screen captures and edit them in the preview window. Moreover, its high-quality recordings make it easier to revisit your recording, while the built-in usage tips save you some learning time.

Click Start recording and adjust the recording frame as needed. As a presenter, be sure to enable the Microphone and Webcam. As a participant, disable the Microphone to eliminate external sounds and enable the System Audio to capture the internal sound. To record your GoToMeeting session, press the REC button, sit back, and enjoy the meeting.

Once the webinar is over, hit Stop. In the preview window, click Export. Select your preferred video format (MP4, AVI, or MOV) in the preview window and hit the Save button. Note, you can make it easy for your workmates and friends to access the recording by uploading it to Google Drive or YouTube.

In the Settings tab, select/disable audio or video recording options as per your preferences. Note, selecting Windows Media Player as the preferred output format calls for large hard disk space to accommodate the recorded file.

Next, launch the app and hit the Record it! Capture button. The recording will automatically begin, with the recorded video's length displayed next to the capture button. Once done, hit the Stop Broadcast button to end the recording session.

Once done with the recording, enhance the resulting file, Camera Roll Videos, or YouTube videos with customizable FaceCam Reactions. Can you also edit the recording with various options? Yes, the app enables you to apply filters, trim and rotate your video, adjust playback speed, and change canvas and background color.

Use the Pause button to temporarily stop the recording at any time. Once the meeting is over or when you want to end the capturing process, tap on the recording widget on the app and click the Stop button. The app will then save the recorded GoToMeeting session, tutorial, or webinar to the Android gallery.

If you had used a built-in tool, the local recordings are, by default, saved in the Documents folder. To retrieve it, follow this sequence C:\Users\%user_name%\Documents. That is, head to your Computer, hit the Computer tab, click the Local Disk button, scroll down and select Users, and finally, open the Documents tab. Alternatively, change the default location to your preferred folder or location for easy and faster access.

To share your recorded meeting go to the Dashboard>Click on the recording>Click on the Share button, and from here you will get a sharable link to share your recording. You can also share your recording directly to your social channels from Vamker.

We started with monthly product update webinars for Unified Endpoint Management on the third Thursday of the month. We are recording these sessions so they are available to view for people that where not able to watch the live event. This page will be updated to list the recordings we have done in 2023.

Tip for using YouTube: Use GoToWebinar to record the webinar and then download it to your computer. After editing it, (usually just cutting out the beginning and ending blank space), upload it to YouTube as an Unlisted video. Copy the embed code and put that on your thank you page for people to access after they submit the form to view the recording.

Hi - I was interested in recording a 6 hour long session on my own since the organiser is unwilling to share any recordings. It'll have to much info to condense and hence putting for recording. I wanted to know if gotowebinar/gotomeeting has a feature similar to Snapchat in which the organiser would get to know that a participant is doing a screen grab/recording.

From the very beginning you register, sign in your GoToWebinar account, the auto-record is turned on by default to help you archive the video for further information check-back or verification automatically. You can confirm it on section from Dashboard -> SETTINGS -> RECORDING -> AUTO-RECORD (Start recording automatically when broadcast begins).

In the same area, there are several other options regarding auto video transcribing, saving manner (to Video Library or computer) and webcam overlay showcase (only available when saving recordings to online Video Library). If you choose to show webcam in recordings, be aware that the file size will increase to some degree. ff782bc1db
