- I have two screens and with the old Windows application, I had the presentation full-screen on one monitor, and attendees, cameras and chat on the other screen. it is not possible to undock the windows from the main screen. Either I see all on one screen and cannot read the presentation screen anymore, or I have to hide everything, and cannot see the attendees and the chat. This is pointless at all.

The most common cause for this type of crash is out of date drivers. Make sure they have they latest windows updates followed up with the latest drivers for their audio and video cards. I've found this to be especially true of Dell computers. Dell computers seem to crash & Blue-screen much more often than their competitors.

As the host I could mute and unmute participants, turn off screen sharing for attendees, make other people joint-hosts and rename people once they had dialed into the call.
