Download Fail Videos

When I enter the password on a protected video, I get a "video failed to load" message. This happens on my tablet and my phone, Wi-Fi and LTE. I have tried clearing the cache, uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling, and downloading a third-party video player as suggested on a previous thread. Unlike the October issue, I don't even get a static image when the video tries to load (the error message is something I haven't seen before, and I can't find any other instances like this in the forums).

The migration process creats the new folders for the videos on the SharePoint site, but the migration of the video fail.

The error is always MJOBFATALERROR and the error text is "Fail to process the migration job."

Not much help from this error description.

Anyone that has a clue why my migrations are failing?

I am really stuck here :(

BTW a reminder that this happens on other sites besides Facebook; a member tried to post a link to a video page on xvideos.com and it failed as well. (NSFW warning! That is VERY MUCH an adult site!) I tested it with a handful of other sites and found the same.

Note that the failing video onebox usually indicates that the error is in the site you are trying to embed. In case of Facebook, it was Facebook being too restrictive and allowing video playback for a certain time only.

For the second time in 24 hours, the upload of one of my videos from Studio in Canvas has failed. This time I have the video data captured on my computer in the "Screen Recorder" folder. Subfolder is "Data" and files mostly end in ".vc"

Because Screen Recorder stalled (and reported a "failed" upload, I cancelled out of it) and tried to upload one more time from the start within the open window and nothing happened ("0% file uploading" message for 10+ minutes) -- which led me to decide it was a screen freeze so I closed out of the window. Now, I cannot figure out how to get the files uploadeding again.

Might be an iOS app issue. I just tested 5 videos on my OG Standard both download and share, all downloaded and shared appropriately. Only had one video upload fail from an hour ago that still shows as Live. Also tested 5 different events on the OG Telephoto and they also downloaded and shared. Android 11 - Production app.
