I've done all my checks and recons and imported the payroll files without any issues, and then when I try to view my EMP501 recon, the system tells me: "Application update required. In order to continue operations you need to download the new version of this application. SARS easyfile Forms Viewer with version 1.3.0 is now available." When I click on download now, it comes up with an error message that says, "Download of application version 1.3.0 failed. Reference Error: dpath is not defined."

That is exactly what I got. I even uninstalled and installed easyfile again. Now what is happening when I press on view declaration, get into the viewer and get the three dots but nothing happens.....

You guys are not going to believe this, but my IT eventually realised his mistake he forgot to disable the antivirus quite embarrassing (hahaha) As the pop up never came up to warn you he forgot about it!. But my problem has been sorted. Just ask your IT department to disable your anti virus and run the viewer. Good luck

Hi did you come right? I have been having the same problem, I have installed, uninstalled, updated all Java, Adobe and Form viewer and installed into Easyfile and still cannot view my declaration in order to continue?

Hi, I had a similar issue after installing the e@syfile updated. I then clicked on Utilities > System Configuration and under the e@syfile forms viewer application the "update or install" button. Restarted e@syfile and that resolved my issue immediately.

We now have everything we need to complete the EMP501. I confidently navigate to the Declaration item in the sidebar menu but I am ultimately met with a pop up indicating I need to download the E@syfile form viewer.

This can be done within E@syfile. Navigate to and select the utilities item again and locate the last drop down, system configuration. Here you can see the E@syfile Forms viewer application. Select the install button to install the app.

I don't know what SARS documents are, but based on your description, I assume that you are trying to display PDF files in your browser. Here is the problem: Not every browser uses Adobe's PDF viewer as the application to display PDF files in the browser. For some browsers, you will have to manually modify the configuration (e.g. Firefox), for some, it's impossible to use Acrobat or Reader to display PDF files in the browser (e.g. Chrome). When you try to access some sites, they try to determine which version of Acrobat you are using, and if they cannot find Acrobat or Reader, but only the built-in PDF viewer of the browser, you get this message.

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) modules were developed for 23andMe SNPs 18 files, SwissProt 19 dat file, DrugBank 20 XML file, NCBI Gene 21 gene file, PharmGKB pathways 22 , and Protein Data Bank (PDB) protein structures 23 . After SwissProt sequences and PDB protein structures were loaded, the structure coordinates were mapped to sequence residues with the included lib/utilities/align_pdb.rb tool; this enables the visualization of residues and variants on structures. Interface modules were developed to allow individual or pooled variants to be visualized on protein structures with the integrated Jmol 24 structure viewer.

The Integrated Biomedical System (version 1.0) is developed as a Ruby on Rails (versions 3 & 4) application. Current JavaScript libraries and versions are included in the Ruby on Rails Gemfile with the inclusion of JQuery, D3, FullCalendar, Highcharts, JSmol 24 PDB structure viewer, and more. The Integrated Biomedical System can be optionally configured as a web site with Apache httpd web server plus Passenger (Phusion). The database schema is available in a MySQL Workbench schema in the docs folder for the application. The Integrated Biomedical System has been tested with both Sqlite3 and MySQL relational databases; it should work with most if not all Rails supported databases. The application Readme and GitHub site ( ) list the 10 standard Rails application setup steps to setup this Rails application. Initial user accounts can be configured in the db/migrate/20131217194515_create_individuals.rb file.

As the manuscript is describing a system based in a database the structure and contents of this database should have been presented in the results section. Results should have focused as well the interfaces developed for the system, user experience or the comparison with other existing platforms.

One of the main aspects of the manuscript is data integration, however with the results presented in the manuscript it is unclear the benefit of having the data in this platform or having three different platforms storing the same data 2351a5e196
