All games included in your Season Ticket, or any games you have purchased if you are an Arsenal Member, will automatically be loaded on to your digital pass which is now available to download via the latest version of the Arsenal app.

These digital passes use NFC technology which is the same technology used to enable Apple and Google Pay so you've already used this technology if you've used your phone to pay in a shop or when travelling on the tube.

To download your Digital Pass to your Android device, you will require the Google Wallet app. If you are attempting to download your pass from the Arsenal Official App and you receive a notification to say that your Digital Pass is already downloaded to your wallet, please ensure that you are logged into the Google Wallet app with the same Google account as the one showing on the Arsenal Official App.

The club had been gearing up for the full introduction of digital ticketing for months, and were encouraged that 99 per cent of season ticket holders had managed to download the pass on to their phones in time for the first game (Nottingham Forest at home).

The larger exit doors next to the turnstiles were opened to allow fans to filter in more quickly. Stewards had hand-held devices to scan passes manually. There were reports that some fans got through without that measure being implemented but Arsenal calculated the vast majority were scanned in.

It is also important to note that Arsenal have made a small number of non-digital tickets available for exceptional cases, particularly to the elderly or disabled who might find using technology more difficult.

The crowd for the next game at the Emirates (Fulham on August 26) might arrive that bit earlier given the issues before the Nottingham Forest game. Arsenal are hoping for a better experience to prove that digital ticketing is worth it and everything can run without a hitch.

They replied by saying it would take 1-2 months, but I would still attend games by using the digital pass. So I did: I called the box office the 28-7-2022: Keep in mind this is a holiday. But it still took me 43 minutes to get through. They told me I would be sent out next week's digital pass. I said okay fine.

The next week passed on so I sent two emails on 4-8-2022: and the 5-8-2022 I told them a week has passed by and they told me it would be sent out this weekend. I checked Twitter and saw Arsenal Fixture News said all tickets were sent out. Now I'm really starting to panic.

I'm unable to add my Arsenal Digital season pass to Google pay. Whenever i click add to wallet it always says something went wrong. I've double checked my Google pay account profile is UK (it used to be US before but I've disabled that) and it's the same profile that has my UK bank cards. Anyone have advice?

A cooling off period would stop you waking up on a Tuesday morning feeling ill, calling a mate to pass the ticket through, that mate quickly getting themselves a membership, transferring the ticket and going to the game that evening.

And touts will always move quicker then the club. They will just set up digital memberships ahead of time and sell the log in details to that membership along with the match ticket. An easy work around.

Two weeks pass and still my account value is looking too high, so I call again. This time I am told that one of the Securicor vans taking items from Arsenal had been targeted by a gang, however my cheque couldn't have been in the van as I would have been informed. Again, be patient.

A few days passed and still no refund, so I called the box office on Friday (two days before the season kicks off). For once I spoke to someone who seemed to know what they were talking about. This kind gentleman apologised for the error of the lady in accounts, said he couldn't understand the mistake as he could see both payments on system and that not to worry as my ticket was still activated for the big kick off. As for the refund it could take up to a week so I was told to call back then if still not received.

With the successful implementation of digital ticketing, all Stadium Access cards previously in circulation will no longer work and entry to the stadium can now only be gained via the Digital Season Ticket Pass, One Hotspur Member Pass or Matchday Digital Tickets downloaded onto the wallet of the attending supporter. Premium members can access, download or Transfer each of their digital tickets via their e-ticketing account.

New One Hotspur Members will receive a one-time digital download link for their One Hotspur Pass from either noreply@tickets.tottenhamhotspur.com or noreply@ticketmaster.co.uk no later than 48 hours prior to the first match they have purchased - this should be downloaded to the mobile device they intend to use for the duration of the season and must NOT be deleted. Passes will automatically update within seven days of the match purchased.

Tickets gifted via Ticket Share must first be accepted by the recipient before the digital download link is issued from either noreply@tickets.tottenhamhotspur.com or noreply@ticketmaster.co.uk. This is also applicable for Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members who have been gifted a ticket - these tickets will be issued outside of their Digital Pass and should be downloaded onto their mobile device. The digital ticket will be issued immediately after accepting the Ticket Share.

Ticket(s) purchased for a pre-season game or non-members who have purchased a ticket during a general on sale window, will have been sent a link to their digital ticket via email from either noreply@tickets.tottenhamhotspur.com or noreply@ticketmaster.co.uk.

With your ticket safely secured in your digital wallet, you will not need to worry about printing anything off before you leave home. Just make sure your phone has sufficient battery life before setting off.

Please, remember that this ticket type is digital. That means that printed tickets won't be valid. You'll need to use your phone for entry at the stadium. Therefore, please ensure your phone is fully charged on the day of the event. This way, you'll avoid any last-minute hiccups and can enjoy your experience to the fullest!

Note: After Covid 19 health guidelines allowed football fans back in stadiums, Arsenal started using digital mobile tickets as well that can be displayed on your mobile phone and scanned before entering through the turnstile.
