When I say "it always worked", I meant that before when they changed their password on Cisco Any Connect app and it didn't sync with the windows password. We used to tell them the following the fix the issue.

"Always On" is bit of nightmare, particularly for people behind captive portals (like hotels and the lot). The error might be happening because either User-Accepted Kernel Extensions are not including Cisco -- OR... there is a nag in Cisco if Mojave to warn that the "ciscod" process is 32 bit, which can be safely ignored in Mojave. Hopefully cisco updates that binary in time for Catalina.

Hey Guys, New to firewall and have a strange issue. We have a laptop that has cisco any connect client on it but it would not connect. I had created 3 firewall rule the day before the laptop came in and was looking through the rules i had created to see which one was blocking the any connect. Turn out the rule for P2P was causing the issue. Does anyone know why would a P2P rule stop any connect from connecting. Attached is the Application control policy i am using.

We are currently experiencing a problem with docker and cisco anyconnect on VPN. All worked until our company sent the latest cisco anyconnect VPN update to our workstations. After that, docker started aborting. After much trial and error and research we discovered that 2 items in hyper-v were causing the issue. After this update there is a CISCO ANYCONNECT NETWORK ACCESS MANAGER FILTER DRIVER switch set in the properties of the Hyper-V switches. The vEthernet (Default Switch) and vEthernet (DockerNAT). When this CISCO ANYCONNECT is set in either hyper-v switch it causes docker to abort and not run. Since the DockerNAT one is created by docker when it starts up, its dynamic, so this is the issue. We were able to create a temporary workaround for the time being. Here are the steps.

After this docker works along with cisco anyconnect VPN until the next reboot of the computer. Basically docker also has a windows service. If that docker windows service is stopped and started, these steps need to happen again to get docker working along with cisco anyconnect

5. Two windows will open next, but one may be hard to see. One is the Lehigh Single-SignOn (SSO) window, and the other is a 'Cisco AnyConnect' window for selecting the the VPN's connection mode.

I have recently had my laptop upgraded from a Windows machine to a MacBook Pro 13 running MacOS Mojave. I used to connect to the VPN of a client using Cisco AnyConnect Mobility Client, but changing my machine, it refuses to connect. At first, I was presented with an error message saying that no antivirus program was installed on my machine, so I installed Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) -the same antivirus that was installed on my windows machine. Since then, no matter what I do, when I try to connect, I'm presented with an error message saying "Dear *client's name* Vendor session is terminated because your Antivirus service is disabled" as shown in the image attached, even though it's working just fine. I tried updating the antivirus definition, and uninstalling then reinstalling both AnyConnect and SEP, but nothing changed. I also tried connecting from a colleague's Mac (running MacOS High Sierra if that's relevant) and the connection was successful. I'm not sure if it's an OS thing or what.
