Admissions decisions at the University of Cambridge are based solely on academic criteria - your ability and your potential. Along with all the other information you provide, interviews help Admissions Tutors to assess your application.

At various points of the application process you will need to submit key documentation, such as samples of written work. Please ensure you use admissionsdocuments@lucy.cam.ac.uk for this purpose, ensuring you use start the email in the format detailed above. The subject line of your email should contain all the same information and the type of document, E.G. 'BLOGGS, Joseph, English, 0123456789, Written Work'

Please also ensure that you download and complete our application checklist so that you are aware of the deadlines you must complete throughout the application process. Please note that this document is simply a checklist; you should make sure you read our website thoroughly for full information about each stage of the application process.

If you ticked the box on the UCAS form to say you have a disability, Specific Learning Difficulty or long-term illness, and/or if you normally receive adjustments when you take school exams, we will request additional information such that we can make any necessary arrangements at interview. We will contact you about this once we have received your application.

Candidates who are rejected before interview will not be able to request individual feedback on their application. However, information to contextualise our decision will be provided in the rejection letter.

Candidates who have been interviewed by the College, but have failed to secure an offer, either in the first instance from Lucy Cavendish College or subsequently from a pool College, will also have some initial information provided to contextualise the outcome. This will include admissions assessment scores (where applicable). If candidates would then like to request further individual feedback on their application, their referee will be able to request this on their behalf by completing a Feedback Request Form. This will be available from 1-15 February 2024.

Individual feedback is provided to the UCAS referee in the first instance because:

1. The referee is well placed to judge the best way to convey the feedback to you so that it is received as a beneficial learning experience;

2. The provision of feedback to your school/college/university informs advisers of future applicants about the standards and requirements for the relevant Cambridge course and is therefore of wider benefit to the admissions process.

UCAS application deadlines 19 May 2020 - UCAS Undergraduate Apply is open for university admission in 2021. 8 September 2020 - UCAS is accepting applications and fees while universities can begin making decisions on course places. 29 January 2021 - Applications for most courses to be received by UCAS.

This article contains information on the Cavendish University, CUZ Zambia Application form and Requirements for admission into Undergraduate Degree, Diploma Programmes and Postgraduate degree programs for the 2023/2024 academic year.Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON SCHOOL LEAVERS and SPECIAL CASES.CAVENDISH UNIVERSITY, CUZ ADMISSION APPLICATION GUIDELINESThe application form must be fully filled and the relevant academic documents attached. It must be filled online through the university admission portal according to the set deadline dates obtained from the Admissions office.

At Pembroke we provide information about College accommodation and how to apply for it in June/July. Applicants have until mid August to submit an application form. Rooms are allocated in one go shortly after the deadline in September by which time we have a fairly clear picture of who will actually be taking up their place.

Incoming students are invited to apply for accommodation as soon as we are informed by the Tutorial office of their offers. The initial deadline is 1 May and no applications are looked at until after this date. Those students who have applied by the deadline are placed in a randomly generated order and rooms offered as close to their preferences as possible.

The fees for 2024 will be 8,925.00 per annum for Home students (total Home course fee across the 2 years being 17,850.00) and 15,630.00 per annum for EU/Overseas students (total EU/Overseas course fee across the 2 years being 31,260.00). The combined graduate fee includes college membership. The fee can be paid in eight equal instalments. Students on this course can apply to Downing, Lucy Cavendish, Selwyn, St Edmund's, or Wolfson. Please note there are only a limited number of college places available for this course at Downing and Selwyn Colleges so please indicate a second choice of college on your application form if you are selecting either as your first choice.

Please ensure that you have your CV, writing sample, research proposal and personal statement ready before you start your application, as they will be submitted as part of the application form and cannot be submitted later.

How many references are required?

We require two references. References need to be submitted from professional e-mail addresses, so please ensure that you enter the relevant details into the online application form.

Cavendish University Zambia, CUZ offers courses at the undergraduate level. Prospective students should apply by filling the application forms before the deadline date as it is communicated by the Admissions office. Late applications are only accepted if the program space allows.
