Better canvas gives canvas a dark mode. It also lists a preview of upcoming assignments for each class, with due dates (!!!!) on the dashboard. Hopefully it can help others not miss due dates too :)

You can use any text editors to update a HTML page but we recommend to use Visual Studio Code. We have created two Visual Studio extensions which will help you to use Canvas:

hello, someone can helpme how to use the camera in canvas, no use the webviewer for visualization of image. i try to use my model training data for animate eyes from a picture using sprite movement but i get error trying to use backgroundbase64 image for get image from canvas. no for webviewer because i cant manipulate the movement sprite eyes.

i try using extension procamera extension canvas but i get the same error. error 6 when i try to use canvas imagebackground or link camera with canvas. the app close, i know that the creator use webviewer for some reason but exist a form to use the canvas camera video?

the ideal method would be if canvas would be able to figure out how to have an instructor just click on a student and easily select something that would give them x amount of time to complete the course.

I believe this was moved on the chrome extension to the extension bar, you should be able to click it within the extensions bar. If you right click the icon you can enable it to stay on the bar and always show.

? Note: If your school or district has purchased a Kami license, this step might have already been taken care of by your tech administrator. You can skip this step if you already have the Kami extension installed in your browser.

All javascript interop are batched as needed to improve performance. In high-performance scenarios this behavior will not have any effect: each call will execute immediately. In low-performance scenarios, consective calls to canvas APIs will be queued. JavaScript interop calls will be made with each batch of queued commands sequentially, to avoid the performance impact of multiple concurrent interop calls.

When using server-side Razor Components, because of the server-side rendering mechanism, only the last drawing operation executed will appear to render on the client, overwriting all previous operations. In the example code above, for example, drawing the triangles would appear to "erase" the black background drawn immediately before, leaving the canvas transparent.

Stretched canvas is a great medium for photographs. I particularly like using canvas on images whose presentation is enhanced by the material's texture. I tend to shoot and prefer tightly composed images. When I first started printing stretched canvas, I found this style problematic for ordering wraparound pieces. In order to have enough canvas to wrap around the frame it is necessary to effectively "crop" the image seen on the front. I found this very undesirable.

This technique only works if you know how far the canvas needs to be extended. At Nations Photo Lab, for instance, the canvas needs to be extended by 2 inches in each direction in order to produce a 1.5 inch depth canvas. This example shows that the canvas extension length will be greater than the frame depth. The extra 0.5 inch length is needed so that the canvas can be attached to the back of the frame.

The cyan lines mark the canvas fold-lines. Anything across these lines will be wrapped around the wooden frame. This portion of the image was mirrored to avoid cropping. In order for this technique to work, it's critical to know how far the canvas needs to be extended. Nations Photo Lab offers templates that make it easy to figure out.

Power Apps is a high-productivity platform for business apps. You can create tailored, pixel-perfect apps with the power of a blank canvas in Power Apps Studio. To share with your users, render the app in the browser or embed in various containers such as Teams and SharePoint sites.

The core end-user experiences for the SAP procurement template's solutions are built using canvas apps and can easily be extended to support your local business requirements. To get started, follow the patterns and best practices in this article.

All canvas apps by default have support for the English language. However, all apps are designed to be localization ready and can be managed to support more languages. Control-width properties may need to be altered directly depending on languages chosen to deploy.

All number, date, and time fields in the canvas apps honor the user's browser locale settings by default. For example, a date displayed as 3/23/2023 for a user using United States as their locale settings will show as 23.03.2023 for a user using the Germany locale setting.

WebReader reads content within a Canvas page. DocReader reads documents uploaded into Canvas, and TextAid allows a student to upload and listen to any document from their computer into their own personal library. Additionally, there is a TextAid web extension available for download, which can read any other website aloud. The ReadSpeaker suite is available for free to all students, faculty, and staff within Canvas and can be accessed from any web page within Canvas. Conveniently, the assistive technology tool does not require a download apart from the optional web extension.

Hello everyone!

I've been trying to recreate the technique seen in the video, without success. The idea is to expand the canvas, then use edit > fill > inpaint to create an intelligent expansion of the background.

At least for me, this works without the rasterize step, but only if the canvas has been extended only vertically below the image (as in the video) or if it has been extended only to the right.

IOW, if I set the resize canvas anchor point to the top center one & change only the canvas height, or set the anchor point to the left middle one & change only the canvas width, then Edit > Inpaint or Edit > Fill > Inpaint fills the empty area without the transparent fade or the need for the rasterize step. Enlarging the canvas in any other way requires the rasterize step to avoid the transparent fade.

Works like a charm! Thank you! There was still a visible border where the original canvas ended, but I managed to work around that with a feathered selection. I'll probably blur out the background anyway, so it won't be noticeable.

When you extend the canvas you create an area outside the rest of the image's normal time and space dimensions. This new area appears void but is actually made up of what we now know to be called "Affinity Pixels".

2. As in the video, rasterization is not required if the canvas is expanded only downward, or (at least in my tests) only to the right. If this is not a bug & it was intended that rasterization was always required, then it should be consistent regardless of how the canvas is expanded.

Betterizer is a Chrome extension that works with Speedgrader in Canvas to help with stored comments. You can easily write five comments of your choice and with a quick click add them to your Canvas Speedgrader comments. Submit per usual and you are done. Here is a walkthrough on how to get the extension and how to use it.

The way I see it, notebooks and tags come into play when it feels wrong to put too much content in the same note. They help order, split, and link multiple notes together, but they don't really help visualize the whole thing.

Hence, I believe an option to approach notes visually (i.e. canvas) would be a great addition to Joplin.

Yes, as it is implemented in Obsidian and Logseq, it's not a note in and of itself.

You can place notes on it though, as well as attachments and shapes. You can then link these objects together, and even draw directly on the canvas.

I also recently tried LogSeq and there were many things I really liked. Most of that is also achievable with Joplin with some additional work. However, the canvas is definitely something I'm missing in Joplin. I love taking notes by hand and I wish I could directly write into Joplin and use that to connect different notes.

Note: You will have to add time extensions or additional attempts for each individual student who has provided you their DRS letter requesting accommodation. These settings do not carry over to all of the quizzes in your course or to any of your other courses. You will have to re-enter their time extension for any exam where it is applicable. If your quiz has no time limit, you will not need to enter any time extensions for students. If your quiz has unlimited attempts, you will not need to add additional attempts for students.

In a previous blog entry, I lamented that Canvas lacked a top-notch HTML editor. While it enjoys a GUI interface, I find myself hunting for more features. One Chrome extension that caught my attention is CanvasTools which describes itself in this way: ff782bc1db
