Reproductive health is a state of overall health that includes physical, mental and social life related to reproductive organs, functions and processes. Reproductive health greatly determines the fertility of every individual, so it is important for people to get correct and correct information about reproductive health. The results of the 2019 national analysis show that 39.1% of the population in Indonesia practice clean and healthy living behaviors. So that the changes made in 2019 had an impact on achieving a clean and healthy lifestyle index. Efforts to achieve a clean and healthy life behavior index are by implementing health promotion activities with the help of promotional media (pocket books). The purpose of writing this literature review is to determine the relationship between personal hygiene and reproductive health. This study uses the Literature Review method, namely by searching for article data sources taken using Google Scholar, Garuda Portal and Pubmed. The period of the articles used as references is from 2019 - 2021. From the results of the selection that was carried out using the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 10 articles were found to be reviewed. The results obtained from the 10 reviewed articles all state that there is a significant relationship between personal hygiene and reproductive health.

Health promotion media that can be used in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic or WFH are Audio Visual Media via Instagram.This study aims to determine the effect of audio-visual media through Instagram on the knowledge of adolescent girls about personal hygiene during menstruation. This research is a quantitative research with one group pretest-posttest design.The population consists of 217 teenage girls in class X at SMAN 1 Majalaya and a sample of 68 usingtechnique purposive sampling and measuring instruments using a questionnaire.Univariate analysis includes knowledge frequency distribution and Bivariate analysis usingtest Wilcoxon.The results of the study were obtained before being given audio-visual media through Instagram, most of them had sufficient knowledge, and increased after being given Audio Visual Media through Instagram, most of them had good knowledge. The results of the bivariate analysis showed the value of Asymp.Sig.(2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05 then Ho was rejected, so it can be concluded that there is an Effect of Audio Visual Media through Instagram on the knowledge of young women about Personal Hygiene during Menstruation in class X in 2021.

Abstrak: Personal hygiene and environmental sanitation is an important factor in the health care effort to avoid infection worms. Research has been conducted on vegetable farmers in Sub District of Marpoyan Damai Maharatu Pekanbaru City in March - May 2015 with a total sample of 50 people. Personal hygiene genetalia sangat penting dilakukan karena jika tidak diterapkan dengan baik maka akan berdampak negatif bagi kesehatan reproduksi seperti infeksi pada alat reproduksi, jika infeksi ini tidak ditangani secara baik serta memiliki kehidupan seksual hygiene yang buruk maka akan menjadi faktor penyebab timbulnya gangguan kesehatan reproduksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahun dengan sikap personal hygiene genetalia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian diskriptif analitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah responden 48 warga binaan pemasyarakatan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Perempuan Kelas IIA Semarang. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis uji univariate dan bivariat dengan uji fisher exact tesr. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar narapidana wanita berpengetahuan baik tentang personal hyygiene genetalia dan memiliki sikap personal hyygiene genetalia yang positif. Penelitian ini menemukan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan terhadap sikap personal hyygiene genetalia di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Perempuan Kelas IIA Semarang diperoleh nilai value = 0.161 > (0,05)=5%. Introduction. Pregnancy has an important effect on personal hygiene. Pregnant women are very susceptible to disease. Health and dental hygiene conditions, vaginal hygiene, nail hygiene, and hair hygiene in poor pregnant women can have an impact such as preterm birth, and babies with low birth weight (LBW). The purpose of this research is to find out the level of knowledge of mothers based on parity, age, education, work, and income. Method. This study is descriptive and the population taken as many as 29 pregnant women. Data retrieval is done by NonProbability Sampling technique with the Total Sampling method and carried out by means of direct interviews with respondents assisted with questionnaires.

Result. Data analysis is performed by univariate analysis. The results of the study of the knowledge of pregnant women on personal hygiene during pregnancy atRomauli Clinic 2019 found that most of the knowledge are 18 people (72%), based on parity, 14 primiparas (56%), based on age, respondents aged 20 -35 years are 23 people (92%), based on senior high school education are 17 people (68%), based on work, respondents were in housewives are 14 people (56%), based on income, there are respondents average in income Rp. 1,500,000 - Rp 2,500,000 for 12 people (48%). Discussion. From the results of the data above the authors conclude that the knowledge of pregnant women at Romauli Clinic has sufficient knowledge about personal hygiene during pregnancy. It is expected that pregnant women can maintain personal hygiene during pregnancy to prevent complications from pregnancy.

Setelah itu, mahasiswa KKN Tim 1 UNDIP melakukan penjelasan mengenai Personal Hygiene khususnya pada organ genitalia pada ibu-ibu yang hadir di kelas ibu hamil tersebut. Terdapat sekitar 15 orang ibu hamil yang datang. Sosialisasi mengenai personal hygiene ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu-ibu mengenai kesehatan reproduksi dengan cara menjaga kebersihan organ genitalia. Personal Hygiene sangat penting untuk menjaga kesehatan diri seorang individu, khususnya untuk organ genitalia. Tidak hanya untuk peserta yang ikut sosialisasi ini, diharapkan peserta dapat menyampaikan materi yang sudah didapatkan kepada orang-orang terdekat sehingga ilmu yang didapatkan bisa menjadi manfaat bagi orang banyak. Selama kegiatan berlangsung, diadakan sesi tanya jawab untuk para peserta yang hadir agar dapat lebih memahami materi yang dibahas. e24fc04721
