_HOT_ Download Bbm.sty

I am using TexLive and TexStudio, and am trying to install the bbm and physics latex packages. I have followed the instructions from this page: -new-packages-latex, yet when I try to use these packages, I get messages like "File `bbm.sty' not found. \RequirePackage". Does anyone know what the issue might be here? I am using Ubuntu 18.04, TexStudio 2.12.6, and tex 3.14159265 and kpathsea 6.2.3 for TexLive.

I followed the instructions on -archive/macros/latex/contrib/bbm/ and have generated the bbm.sty file, but I am not sure where I should put this. I do have a folder called /usr/local/share/texmf/ but if I put the file(s) there, it still doesn't work.

My OS is Archlinux. I have downloaded Latex by simply use yay. Now I want to add a package like bbm but it said packages bbm didn't found. I then downloaded .ins file and run latex bbm.ins int the folders of /usr/share/texmf-dist/fonts and run sudo texhash. However, when I run my .tex file it said bbm.sty didn't found. When I look closer I found it loud the package of documentation and the position of documentation is /usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/base, I moved all the file in bbm I downloaded and now it can recognize the package bbm but there is a new wrong.
