Williams said, "Hans has created an iconic score theme and it was exciting to collaborate with him again on this song. When I was making the song, I knew Alicia and Kendrick had to be on it. They take the song to a whole new level."

The film's epic score was composed by Oscar- and Grammy-winning composer Hans Zimmer and The Magnificent Six, which features Pharrell Williams, Johnny Marr (of The Smiths, Modest Mouse), Michael Einziger (of Incubus), Junkie XL, Andrew Kawczynski, and Steve Mazzaro. The soundtrack also features new songs exclusive to the film performed by Pharrell Williams, The Neighbourhood, LIZ, and Alvin Risk. In addition, Phosphorescent's "Song for Zula" is also featured on the soundtrack.

Am I the only person on earth who thinks that the soundtrack for amazing spiderman 2 was terrible? This is not different. Different still sounds good. This stuff sounds like the kind of stuff my 3 year old plays on my keyboard when I am not looking.

As previously reported, Zimmer tapped a team of all-stars, known as the Magnificent Six, to score The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Pharrell, Marr, Dave Stewart of the Eurythmics, Mike Einziger of Incubus, Junkie XL, Andrew Kawczynski, and Steve Mazzaro. The soundtrack will feature new Pharrell songs, as well as music by the Neighbourhood, LIZ, and others. Phosphorescent's Muchacho standout "Song for Zula" has made the tracklisting as well.

The 1977 Spider-Man TV show tried to emulate some of the success of The Incredible Hulk series of the same era. Unfortunately, its half-hearted attempts were met with derision from Spider-Man's creator, not to mention a quick cancelation. Despite that, it will forever be known for its incredibly swank theme song, an element indicative of its '70s origins. With more Spider-Man shows on the horizon, here's a look back at what made the original such a disappointment.

Way back in 2009, he co-starred alongside Frank Castle in Eminem/Punisher #1, in which Punisher teams up with Eminem to take on terrorists who interrupt one of his concerts. That comic was also drawn by Salvador Larroca. Additionally, Eminem provided theme songs for Sony's 2018 Venom film and its 2021 sequel Let There Be Carnage.

The song was composed by Paul Francis Webster and Bob Harris. The original song was recorded at RCA Studios in Toronto featuring 12 CBC vocalists (members of the Billy Van Singers, and Laurie Bower Singers groups).

Both Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2 featured characters as street performers performing the song. The 2002 film featured the original 1967 version of the song while Spider-Man 2 featured a re-recording by Michael Bubl. Spider-Man 3 also featured the song's melody during the scene where Spider-Man arrives at a big celebration.

The theme song played, but when Spider-Man's head pops up, it has a black screen. Thought it was just age. Then the epidsode played, but it just said 'The Deadly Dust' instead of the normal part indication after it.

Then, a bunch of drug dealers were using COCAINE. COCAINE. Spidey then shown up, but then it turned black, then played a fraction of the theme song. Then, they started throwing rocks at Spider-Man's nose. Blood rushed out of Spider-Man's nose, causing him to cry. Then, one of the dealers said to Spidey, holding him so thightly, 'TELL ME WHO YOU ARE OR YOULL SUFFER YET AGAIN'. Spidey shooots a web at them, but a torch and pitchfork broke the web. It also opened Spider-Man's mask, revealing his face. Then, his school found him and said 'WHAT IN THE GREAT FUCK?' then the bullies said 'Let's throw webs with black widows on him'. while they were chanting a song, ultimately eating Spider-man's skin.

The cover is wonderful. The best thing about the whole package. The song andstory are about as silly as you can get but, after all, this is forlittle kids. And they get a biology lesson out of the deal too! If only our herodidn't sound like such a jerk.

Throughout the years, the Spider-Man films have been the basis for a few remarkable songs. Some are fun, some are sentimental, and some encourage you to daydream about going on a crimefighting journey of your own.

2002's Spider-Man was billed as the epic introduction of the Wall-Crawler to (at the time) modern audiences, so it needed an equally epic song to accompany it. That was "Hero." Different interpretations aside, the song's lyrics appear to have very little to do with Peter Parker or his super-powered alter ego (it was, after all, not written for the hero's 2002 film, as Kroeger revealed during an interview with Men's Health). The apparent rage its lyrics exude aren't compatible with the Web-Slinger's usually calm nature, either.

Despite having so little to do with Spider-Man, though, its powerful vocals and remarkable composition added gravitas to Peter's journey in the film. The song has become a bit of a joke among comic-book-movie fans over the years, but it's arguably one of the most memorable superhero-film anthems out there.

One of Spider-Man's most important traits is his unwillingness to back down. No matter how beaten down he may be, or how powerful his adversaries are, he always gets back up to save the day. "It's On Again" captures that. The song is cleverly composed, as it's able to evoke a range of emotions in listeners. It's exhilarating, yet ominous at the same time, much like The Amazing Spider-Man 2 was.

Simply put, this song makes you want to put on a costume and find a villain to fight while completely disregarding your personal safety. As its title implies, "What's Up Danger" is about someone living their life to the limit, doing everything in their power to prove they're not afraid. Miles Morales spent most of Into the Spider-Verse discovering himself and going up against impossible odds, which makes this an appropriate anthem for his story.

Catchy songs like this one and Spider-Man go together like webbing and buildings. We are, admittedly, cheating a bit with this entry, given how "Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head" was not made for Spider-Man 2, and actually precedes the movie by a good three decades. However, the song, as well as the film's use of it, was so memorable that we couldn't keep it out of the list. Midway through Sam Raimi's second Spidey adventure, Peter had an identity crisis, lost his powers and decided to quit the superhero business. While losing cool spider powers out of nowhere would be worrisome to pretty much everyone, Peter embraced it.

He was finally a normal guy with no super-worries, and we got to see him living his life in a hilarious montage accompanied by the song in question. "Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head" captured Peter Parker's upbeat nature, but it also imbued the montage with an irony worthy of Spider-Man. Yes, everything was going well for Peter, but there was something off about the scene that made you realize that trouble was brewing for the Wall-Crawler. ff782bc1db
