WORK EXPERIENCE:

Ø Founding Board Member, Assistant Director/Teacher for the Hull Crest Middle/High School, specializing in creating culturally-based curricula traveling to Guatemala, Belize, Peru, Morocco, Portugal, Spain, France, Monaco, Italy, Greece, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, U.S./British Virgin Islands, and most of the U.S., (1996-2002).

Ø Professional Foster Parent for teenager from Washington County Mental Health, (1992-1995).

Ø Teacher/Coach/Nurse for Burlington Schools, K – 12, (1992-1995).

Ø Founder/Director of Transition Program and Treatment Homes (Asst. Dir.) for emotionally and behaviorally disabled children and teens for the Baird Center,(1990).

VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE:

Ø Certified “Inmate Legal Assistant” for the State of Vermont, providing assistance in criminal, civil, family and appellate law, for the most racially diverse communities in Vermont, including translation for the Spanish speaking population.(2009-2018)

Ø Board Member for the Milton Family Center, implemented infant-toddler and pre-school programs to address community’s plea for affordable childcare. (2000-2002)
