1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Doubly Budget (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is offered by Doubly LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). You can reach us at support@doublybudget.com.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial budgeting purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• • Copy, modify, or distribute the App

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

  • Sell, sublicense, or transfer the App to another person

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

3. Free Tier and Paid Subscription

Free Tier: The App offers a free tier for new subscribers. Users who have previously subscribed are not eligible. Users may cancel their subscription during their free trial and retain access to the App until their trial ends. The cancellation must happen at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Paid Subscription: Access to the App requires a paid subscription, billed on a recurring basis through the Apple App Store. Subscription pricing and billing intervals are disclosed at the point of purchase within the App.

Billing and Renewal:

• • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date

  • Your Apple ID will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings

Cancellation: Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. You retain access to the App through the end of your current paid billing period. Refer to our Privacy Policy to learn more about our data retention policies.

4. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app account deletion flow. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription — you must cancel that separately through your iPhone Settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. In that event, we will not issue refunds for any remaining subscription period.

5. No Financial Advice

The App is a personal budgeting tool for organizational purposes only. Nothing in the App, our site, or email communications constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. We are not a bank, financial institution, or registered financial advisor. The App does not connect to any bank accounts, financial institutions, or external data sources. All data entered into the App is provided manually by you.

6. Your Data and Content

Any budgeting data you enter into the App belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on data you enter into the App. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

  • Any bugs or defects will be corrected

  • The App will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOUBLY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge that:

• • These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple

  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App

  • Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims

  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you

10. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Seminole County, Florida.
