Doubly

Hello fellow budgeter,

I'm the creator of Doubly Budget, and I'm glad you found us. I designed Doubly to be effective, not flashy. Budgeting in the real world requires convenience and adaptablity, so that's what I've created. Doubly has the power of an app or spreadsheet, but it also has the flexiblity of budgeting with paper and pencil. Doubly is manual by design, which I've found helps me stay on top of my spending and savings and also allows for the most control.

Doubly builds on two major budgeting concepts: Expenses & Envelopes. Expenses are grouped into Categories (Food, Transportation, Health, etc.) where you can set your budget. Envelopes are for organizing your savings (Travel, Bills, Pups, etc.) where you can set target amounts. The great part is that these are all selectable. See Tips & Tricks to learn how this simple organization and selection flexibility is incredibly powerful.

Gradually built up from a hobby project into something I use daily, it's time to share it. I hope you find it as useful as I do. And if not, feedback is welcome. I use this too after all and want it to be as effective as possible!
