Privacy Policy for DnD Director

DnD Director is developed by DoubleDingoDevelopment.
This Privacy Policy explains how DnD Director handles information when you use the app. DnD Director is designed to run locally on your Android device. The app does not require an online account, does not require cloud syncing, and can function while the device is in airplane mode.

1. Summary
DnD Director does not sell your data.
DnD Director does not upload your contacts, phone data, notification data, schedules, SIM information, app lists, or Do Not Disturb settings to any server operated by DoubleDingoDevelopment.
DnD Director does not use a backend server, cloud database, online connector, or remote account system for storing your app settings.
The app uses Android permissions locally on your device so it can provide its core function: allowing you to create Do Not Disturb schedules and rules for apps, contacts, calls, notifications, and SIM-related behavior.
2. Information the App May Access Locally
Depending on which permissions you grant, DnD Director may access or use the following types of information on your device:
- Do Not Disturb / Notification Policy Access:
Used to turn Do Not Disturb behavior on or off according to rules you create.
- Notification Access:
Used only if needed for app-specific notification rules and scheduling behavior.
- Contacts:
Used only if you create rules for specific contacts, callers, or people.
- Phone / Call Information:
Used only if you create rules related to calls, caller handling, phone state, or SIM-based behavior.
- SIM / Subscription Information:
Used only if you create rules that depend on which SIM or phone line is involved.
- Installed App Information:
Used only so you can select apps when creating app-specific Do Not Disturb rules.
- Local Schedule and Rule Data:
The app stores the schedules, rules, settings, and preferences that you create inside the app.
This information is accessed for local app functionality. It is not uploaded to DoubleDingoDevelopment.
3. How the Information Is Used
DnD Director uses locally accessed information to:
- Apply Do Not Disturb schedules.
- Allow or silence notifications based on rules you create.
- Allow or silence calls or contacts based on rules you create.
- Apply rules based on selected apps.
- Apply rules based on SIM or phone-line behavior, if supported by your device.
- Save your local app settings and preferences.
- Verify whether premium features are unlocked through Google Play billing.
DnD Director does not use your data for advertising, profiling, tracking, resale, or unrelated analytics.
4. Data Sharing
DoubleDingoDevelopment does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing companies.
DnD Director does not transmit your local contacts, notifications, phone data, SIM data, or rules to DoubleDingoDevelopment.
Purchases, subscriptions, free trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Google Play. DoubleDingoDevelopment does not receive your full payment card details. Google may provide purchase status information through Google Play services so the app can determine whether premium features are active.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
DnD Director may offer:
- A 14-day free trial.
- A yearly subscription of $5 per year.
- A full unlock option for $20.
Billing is handled through Google Play. Subscription cancellation, renewal, refund, and payment management are handled through your Google Play account.
DnD Director may check Google Play billing status to determine whether premium features are available on your device.
6. Data Storage and Retention
DnD Director stores app settings, schedules, rules, and preferences locally on your device.
Because DnD Director does not use a DoubleDingoDevelopment account or cloud server, DoubleDingoDevelopment does not maintain a server-side copy of your local app settings.
Local app data remains on your device unless you delete it. You can delete local app data by:
- Clearing the app’s storage in Android settings; or
- Uninstalling the app.
Google Play purchase and subscription records may remain available through Google Play according to Google’s own policies and legal requirements.
7. Data Deletion
DnD Director does not provide an online account because no online account is required.
To delete DnD Director’s local data from your device, uninstall the app or clear the app’s storage through Android settings.
If you contact DoubleDingoDevelopment with a privacy request, we will respond based on the information available to us. Because the app does not upload your local rules, contacts, notifications, or phone data to us, we usually cannot access or delete that local device data for you.
8. Security
DnD Director is designed to keep rule and schedule data on your device.
The app does not intentionally transmit your local contacts, notification contents, call data, SIM data, schedules, or Do Not Disturb rules to DoubleDingoDevelopment.
No method of electronic storage or software operation is perfect, but DnD Director limits privacy risk by avoiding unnecessary online collection and by keeping app rule data local whenever possible.
9. Children’s Privacy
DnD Director is not intended for children under 13. DoubleDingoDevelopment does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Third-Party Services
DnD Director uses Google Play services for app distribution, licensing, purchases, subscriptions, free trials, and payment processing.
Google Play may collect and process information according to Google’s own policies.
DnD Director does not use third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or third-party cloud storage services unless this Privacy Policy is updated to disclose those services.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
DoubleDingoDevelopment may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted at the same public URL with a new effective date.
