My note doesn't appear on the Lock Screen. DotPin shows your note as a Live Activity. Check that Live Activities are on: Settings › DotPin › Live Activities, and in DotPin open Settings and turn on "Show note on Lock Screen". iOS keeps a Live Activity for a limited time; opening DotPin puts your note back.
Can I check items off without unlocking? Yes. Tap the circle next to an item on your Lock Screen. Turn on "Remove items when checked" in DotPin's Settings if you want finished items to disappear.
Where are my notes stored? Only on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded, and no account is needed. Note that deleting the app deletes your notes.
How do I restore my DotPin Pro purchase? Open DotPin › Settings › Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
How do I cancel my subscription? Open the iPhone Settings app › your name › Subscriptions › DotPin, then Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Magic cut doesn't work. Background removal needs a recent iPhone and a photo with a clear subject (a person, pet or object). If it can't find one, the photo stays as a print.
How do I hide the panda? DotPin › Settings › turn off "Panda buddy" (in the app) or "Panda on the Lock Screen".
