1. Your notes stay on your device

Your notes, checklists, drawings, photos you add, stickers and settings are stored only on your iPhone, inside the app's private storage. We do not upload them to our servers, and we cannot see them.

• Lock Screen note. The note shown on your Lock Screen is a Live Activity created on your device. It is not sent through our servers.

• Photos. When you add a photo, you choose it with Apple's photo picker, so the app only receives the photos you select. "Magic cut" (background removal) runs on your device using Apple's Vision framework.

• Deleting your data. Deleting the app removes all of this data from your device.

2. Information collected by services we use

To understand how the app is used and to handle purchases, the app uses these third-party services:

Google Firebase Analytics and Remote Config (Google LLC) Collects app usage information, such as which screens and features are used, app version, device model, iOS version, a random app-instance identifier, and approximate country or region derived from your IP address. Remote Config lets us adjust some app settings without an update. This information is not linked to your name or email, and the app does not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) Manages DotPin Pro purchases and subscriptions. It receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase and subscription status, and basic device information (such as iOS version and country). 3. What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.

• We do not show ads.

• We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

• We do not require an account.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

DotPin Pro is sold through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. 5. Children

DotPin is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA or Japan's APPI), you may have the right to access or delete information about you. Because we don't link analytics or purchase data to your identity, the simplest way to stop all collection is to delete the app. For any request or question, contact us at the address below.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
