Basic Calendar is free to use. Supporting the developer is optional.
Calendars and local settings
With your permission, the app uses Apple EventKit to process calendar/event identifiers, titles, start/end times, all-day status, location text, notes, URLs and recurrence information for the calendar, daily agenda and widgets. The app has no feature that uploads calendar contents to a dotori labs server. Your device's calendar accounts may sync through their providers according to your account/device settings. Google's shared-calendar link opens Google's website; the app does not connect a separate Google account.
Selected calendars, themes, lunar preferences and support/purchase status are stored locally and shared with widgets as needed. Local usage-day counters and review-request attempt history limit system review requests; they do not record whether you wrote a review.
Firebase analytics and diagnostics
The released app uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics for usage analysis and failure diagnosis. Depending on the SDK/service settings, processed information can include app/SDK versions, device model, OS, installation/app-instance identifiers, app lifecycle/usage events, StoreKit purchase events and crash/diagnostic information. Analytics may derive a general region from IP addresses. The app does not request GPS location permission or provide location-based recommendations. Using the WithoutAdIdSupport product does not mean no data is collected. The app may show Apple's tracking-permission request, which you can manage in device Settings. We do not describe all SDK information as anonymous aggregate data. Firebase/Analytics retention and optional processing follow applicable service settings and policies; no unverified fixed retention period or optional sharing setting is promised here.
Optional support and email
Apple processes optional support purchases through StoreKit. The app checks purchase/entitlement information to reflect support status and does not directly collect card details.
If you contact dotori.labs.team@gmail.com, you review and send a draft including app version, OS version and device model. We receive the inquiry, contact information and attachments you choose to send. The draft is not automatically sent. Do not include passwords or sensitive calendar details. Provided information is used to answer inquiries and retained while needed to handle them and for a reasonable time afterward. Contact us for deletion requests; we will respond in a reasonable time. Support inquiries are not used to send marketing promotions.
Third parties, choices and retention
Firebase and Apple process relevant information under their own policies. Information may also be disclosed as required by law/legal process or when we believe in good faith it is necessary to protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or respond to a government request. Providers acting on our behalf must handle information for the stated purposes.
Manage calendar and tracking permission in device Settings. Denying calendar access limits calendar features. Uninstalling stops future app use but does not automatically delete information already sent to Firebase or by email, or events in calendar accounts. Those services have their own retention/deletion processes. We do not state an unverified specific Firebase or email retention duration.
Children, security and changes
The existing service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from or market to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so appropriate deletion action can be taken. We take care to safeguard information we process. Updates to this policy will be posted on this page; please review it periodically.
