Please do not include medication names, medical records, exported medication history, or other sensitive health information unless it is strictly necessary to resolve your request.
When you contact us, we receive the information you voluntarily include in your message and use it to respond to and resolve your request.
Check that notifications are enabled for DoseState:
Open Settings on your iPhone.
Select Notifications.
Select DoseState.
Enable Allow Notifications.
Also check the reminder settings within DoseState and confirm that Focus modes or other system settings are not suppressing notifications.
Notifications are reminders only. Notification delivery does not confirm that medication was taken.
No. DoseState records the actions and certainty states that you enter. It does not independently verify medication use, ingestion, dosage, or adherence.
DoseState is designed to store medication records locally on your device. DoseState does not require an account.
Deleting the app, deleting records, or erasing your device may permanently remove locally stored information. Export any information you wish to retain before deleting it.
Use the available export option within DoseState. Keep exported files secure because they may contain sensitive medication or health-related information.
Use the deletion controls available within DoseState. You may also remove the app from your device, but doing so may permanently delete its locally stored information.
DoseState is an organizational and record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosage recommendations, or emergency services, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
