These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DoseMate mobile application (the "App") provided by TechTenStein Services Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
DoseMate is a personal reminder and organization tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
Always follow the directions of your doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional, and the official label of your medicine.
Never start, stop, or change a medication based on the App.
The drug-interaction feature is informational and limited. "No interactions found" does NOT mean a combination is safe. Reminders may be delayed or missed due to device, network, or operating-system conditions, so do not rely on the App as your only safeguard.
In an emergency, call your local emergency number or seek immediate medical care.
You are solely responsible for your health decisions and for verifying all medication information.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the App and to create or manage profiles (including profiles for dependents in your care).
The App helps you organize medications, set reminders, log doses and health measurements, manage inventory, and optionally link a caregiver. Some features require an internet connection or an optional account.
If you enable caregiver linking, you are responsible for who you invite and for the accuracy of the information you share. You may delete your account and associated cloud data at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete account).
Use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
Do not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
Do not rely on the App for medical decisions (see the disclaimer above).
Safety features are free. Premium is an optional paid upgrade that adds convenience features (such as removing ads, extra caregivers, advanced reports, cloud backup, and themes).
Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription processed by your app store (Google Play or the Samsung Galaxy Store). Payment is charged to your store account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel renewals in your store account settings.
Refunds are governed by the policies of the app store you purchased from.
Prices and features may change; we will provide notice where required.
The App, including its software, design, and content (excluding third-party data), is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal use.
The App uses third-party services and data, including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, the app stores, and public drug-information sources (U.S. NLM RxNav and U.S. FDA openFDA). Their content is provided "as is", may be incomplete or out of date, and is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechTenStein Services Pvt Ltd and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from missed reminders, reliance on drug information, or your use of (or inability to use) the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required for legal or security reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
