Programme events are organised in 4 semesters each year which correspond closely to the NSW school terms.  They are usually held twice monthly on the 2nd and 4th Thursday.  The current programme can be downloaded here - Programme.

Bookings are essential as events may be cancelled if there are insufficient numbers (less than 5-6 persons) registered to attend.  Only those persons who have registered, are notified if a particular event needs to be cancelled, not all members.  It is therefore better to register early and cancel later if you find you can't make it, than to turn up and find the event has been cancelled.
