Programme events are organised in 4 semesters each year which correspond closely to the NSW school terms.  They are usually held twice monthly, most recently on Friday mornings.  The current programme is available for viewing and can be accessed by clicking the down arrow next to Events in the heading.  An RSVP form is also included there to make it easier for members make their bookings.

Bookings are essential as events may be cancelled if there are insufficient numbers (less than 5-6 persons) registered to attend.  Only those persons who have registered, are notified if a particular event needs to be cancelled, not all members.  It is therefore better to register early and cancel later if you find you can't make it, than to turn up and find the event has been cancelled.
