Objective: Design and implement a fully automated, relational clinical management system to replace fragmented workflows (paper records, WhatsApp communication, and unreliable spreadsheets) with a centralized, accurate, and scalable solution for ClearCare Medical Centre.
Approach: Built a structured Airtable database with three interconnected tables, Patients, Appointments, and Doctors using relational links, lookup fields, and rollups to surface key data such as patient blood groups, doctor specializations, and complete visit histories. Implemented dynamic formulas (e.g., auto-updating patient age) to eliminate manual data maintenance. Designed a receptionist-facing booking form and a simplified front desk interface to ensure usability for non-technical staff. Deployed automated workflows for appointment confirmations, cancellation alerts, and weekly payment reminders, running continuously without manual intervention.
Result: A streamlined, reliable clinical management system that centralizes patient data, reduces administrative errors, improves staff efficiency, and delivers a seamless booking and communication experience. The solution eliminates manual tracking, enhances data visibility, and ensures consistent operational workflows across the clinic.

Objective: Build an intelligent, automated email routing system that eliminates manual triage by classifying incoming messages and directing them to the appropriate department in real time.
Approach: Developed a Gmail-triggered workflow that captures every incoming email and processes it through an AI agent powered by OpenAI for intent classification. The system extracts and structures key data, then dynamically routes each message to one of five departments which are Sales, Logistics, Billing, Customer Support, or Admin. Each classified email is automatically forwarded to the appropriate Gmail thread while simultaneously notifying the corresponding Slack channel, ensuring full visibility and instant team awareness.
Result: A self-operating inbox that removes the need for manual sorting, reduces missed or misrouted messages, and significantly improves response times. The system ensures every email reaches the right team instantly, creating a faster, more reliable communication workflow across departments.

Objective: Replace fragmented project coordination (spreadsheets and WhatsApp communication) with a structured, automated task management system that improves accountability, visibility, and on-time delivery for a growing digital marketing team.
Approach: Designed and built a scalable project management system from scratch, evolving from a foundational setup into a fully automated Smart Project Tracker. The initial build introduced four workflow groups, eight structured columns, five role-specific filtered views, and three automations handling deadline reminders and task progression. A live manager dashboard with five widgets provided visibility into workload and task health.
The system was then upgraded with advanced features including timeline planning (Gantt-style), task dependency mapping, manual progress tracking, and internal team notes. A formula field automatically calculates overdue tasks, removing the need for manual tracking. Additional automations introduced a structured review process and high-priority escalation alerts, while the dashboard expanded to nine widgets for real-time project performance monitoring.
Result: A centralized, self-managing project system that eliminates missed deadlines, clarifies task ownership, and replaces chaotic workflows with structured execution. The board actively drives accountability, automations handle follow-ups, and dashboards provide instant operational insight for management.

Objective: Build a fully automated reservation management system that streamlines booking operations, personalizes guest communication, and eliminates manual follow-ups for restaurant staff.
Approach: Designed a multi-Zap workflow triggered by incoming reservation form submissions. Used Code by Zapier (JavaScript) to clean and standardize booking data, followed by AI by Zapier to generate personalized confirmation emails tailored to each guest’s reservation details. Implemented conditional Paths to segment VIP and Regular guests into different workflows, ensuring a customized experience for high-value customers. Added a scheduled Zap that runs nightly to automatically process no-shows, along with a daily 7 AM briefing sent to the manager summarizing reservations and key updates.
Result: A self-running reservation system that enhances guest experience through personalized communication, reduces manual workload, and ensures consistent operational oversight. The system improves efficiency, minimizes missed follow-ups, and keeps management informed with zero manual intervention.
