DoorOS Beta Program

DoorOS Beta Program Agreement

This is an agreement between Masterworks, Incorporated (hereon referred to as the "Publisher") and the end user intending on joining the DoorOS Beta Program (heron referred to as the "User") about the terms and conditions of participating in the DoorOS Beta Program (hereon referred to as the "Program") and using any copy of DoorOS Beta (hereon referred to as the "Software"). By agreeing to the following, the User and the Publisher accept the following terms.

1) Redistribution

The User agrees to never, under any circumstances, copy, redistribute, or otherwise share any copy of the Software to any other people not in the Program. Redistribution of the Software to other rightful members of the Program can only be done, without breaking the terms of this agreement, at the discretion of the Publisher.

2) Release of Liability

The User agrees to freeing the Publisher of liability for any actions taken by the User using the Software, whether legal or illegal. Should the User use the Software for any kind of prosecutable activity, the Publisher is free of liability for these actions. The User is wholly responsible for their actions while using the Software.

3) Voluntary Cancellation

The Publisher agrees to allow the User to cancel their connection or membership to the Program at any time for any reason, so long as the User agrees to: delete, wipe, or otherwise completely destroy any copy of the Software they possess or have possessed within fourteen (14) days of cancellation, lose future access to the Software and services provided by the Program within fourteen (14) days of cancellation.

4) Forced Termination

The User agrees that, should they fail to comply with any of the terms of this agreement, the Publisher reserves the right to immediately and permanently remove the User from the Program. Upon removal, the User must comply with the terms outlined in Section 3 within fourteen (14) days of termination from the Program. The Publisher agrees to give the User complete, transparent, and immediate notice upon termination. The Publisher agrees that, should they fail to comply with any of the terms of this agreement, the User will be financially compensated a minimum of $250 US dollars within thirty (30) days of the failure.

5) Agreement

By accepting the DoorOS Beta Program Agreement, the User and the Publisher agree to follow the terms outlined in this document effective upon acceptance. Upon joining the Program, the User agrees to provide the Publisher with a maximum of five (5) business days to comply with the terms above before the terms of Section 4 immediately go into effect.
