First few weeks of my 160A project, I was still scrambling with different ideas on loss.
Finally deciding I wanted to make a doll from scratch. Started drawing and sewing.
Had some form of doll made so I could show proof of concept.
Make website, a logo, take photos of drafts etc.
Make signs to go on the servo motors.
3D print holders for the servos
By the end of the quarter I should have a doll that is battery operated, that has text run on its body.
Check out projectors and experiment with 2D/3D layering with the doll, idealize projections and environments.
Edit the video
Print out physical signs
Did testing with 2 projectors, 2 media players and the white backdrop. The signs were too dark, I had to rethink the servos.
Code servos to move in unison.
Scrapped the servos!
Edited my video to display flashing banners instead.
Still editing to flash text...
Finished coding the LCD screen's text.
Made props (pills, bottles, ropes) for the environment building.
