# Terms of Use for Doopity_Boopity A.K.A DoopityBot

DoopityBot is a commercial Discord bot service developed for entertainment, intelligent bot integration, and community management purposes. It generates revenue through premium subscriptions and paid features. The bot provides features including intelligent third-party bot integration, PRO GAMER advice, economy systems, gaming features, and scheduled content delivery.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of DoopityBot in Discord servers. By using DoopityBot or interacting with its commands, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the bot.

## 2. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of DoopityBot is subject exclusively to these Terms. You agree to these Terms by:

- Inviting DoopityBot to a Discord server

- Using any bot commands or features

- Allowing the bot to process your messages or interactions

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the bot developer. If you are under 13 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may not use DoopityBot.

## 3. Description of Service

DoopityBot provides the following features:

- **Intelligent Bot Integration**: Monitor other moderation bots (MEE6, Dyno, Carl-bot) for automatic economic penalties, custom bot pattern monitoring for premium users, character-driven responses when other bots take action

- **Entertainment**: PRO GAMER advice system, comprehensive gaming features (economy, gambling, rock-paper-scissors, skill-based games, tournaments, seasonal events)

- **Automation**: Scheduled content delivery (jokes, compliments), greetings, notifications, and timed events

- **Social Features**: Friend system, guilds, referrals, personalized interactions

- **Economic System**: Virtual currency management, housing/property system, item marketplace, pet companions

- **Analytics & Monitoring**: Player activity tracking, system health monitoring, bot integration effectiveness analytics

- **Data Management**: GDPR-compliant data portability, export/import/erasure capabilities

- **Utility**: Server management tools, user profiling, personalized responses, leaderboard systems

- **AI-Powered Interactions**: Locally-hosted contextual intelligence for enhanced help and suggestions

The bot integrates with Discord's platform and operates server-side without third-party service dependencies for core features. All AI functionality runs locally on the host machine.

## 3A. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

- All payments are processed through Discord's subscription system and are final unless required by law.

- Discord handles all payment processing; users agree to Discord's payment terms.

Refunds are handled through Discord's subscription system according to Discord's policies. Technical issues preventing access to premium features will be resolved promptly by the developer.

- Premium features are automatically activated when Discord subscription is confirmed

- All premium features require Discord server-wide subscription (not individual user access)

- Subscription status is monitored in real-time through Discord's entitlement system

## 4. User Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use DoopityBot, you must:

- Be at least 13 years old (per Discord's Terms of Service)

- Have a valid Discord account in good standing

- Comply with Discord's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service

- Not be located in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by law

## 5. User Responsibilities

By using DoopityBot, you agree to:

- Use the bot responsibly and in accordance with these Terms

- Respect server rules and Discord's Terms of Service

- Obtain necessary permissions from server administrators before inviting the bot

- Set appropriate permissions for the bot in your server

- Supervise minors' use of the bot if applicable

- Understand that DoopityBot monitors messages from other moderation bots for integration purposes

## 6. Acceptable Use Policy

- Report any issues or concerns directly to the developer

### 6.2 Prohibited Activities

You may **not**:

- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or copy bot code or functionality

- Use the bot for harassment, bullying, or spreading harmful content

- Attempt to bypass or circumvent bot integration features

- Use bot commands for illegal activities or violations of law

- Spam or abuse bot features (rate limiting, excessive command usage)

- Distribute the bot or claim it as your own

- Use the bot to collect or process sensitive personal information inappropriately

- Violate GDPR or other privacy laws when using bot features

- Attempt to interfere with bot monitoring of other moderation bots

### 6.3 Bot Integration Guidelines

**Important: Third-Party Bot Monitoring**

- DoopityBot monitors public messages from other moderation bots (MEE6, Dyno, Carl-bot, etc.)

- This monitoring is used to trigger economic penalties and character-driven responses

- No user data is shared with other bots - only public bot messages are observed

- Free users get automatic monitoring of common moderation patterns

- Premium users can create custom monitoring for any bot's messages

**Economic Integration:**

- Other bots' moderation actions may trigger automatic economic penalties

- Penalties are applied as fines to user accounts

- Users cannot prevent this integration - it's part of the bot's community management system

- Penalty amounts are determined by server configuration and violation severity

**Response Integration:**

- DoopityBot may respond when other bots take moderation actions

- Responses maintain DoopityBot's character and personality

- Response timing and content are controlled by DoopityBot's settings

## 7. Feature-Specific Guidelines

### 7.1 Bot Integration Features

- **Free Bot Monitoring**: Automatic detection of common moderation bot patterns

- **Premium Bot Integration**: Custom regex patterns for monitoring any bot's messages

- **Economic Penalties**: Automatic fines applied when other bots issue warnings/punishments

- **Custom Responses**: Premium users can create custom response templates with placeholders

- **Analytics Tracking**: Monitor effectiveness and revenue from bot integrations

### 7.2 PRO GAMER Advice Features

- Advice is for entertainment purposes only - not professional guidance

- Users should consult qualified professionals for serious issues

- AI responses are contextual and based on conversation analysis

### 7.3 Economy/Gambling Features

- Use as entertainment only; no real money or value attached

- Do not attempt to exploit or cheat the system

- Virtual currency has no real-world value

- The bot dev may or may not give you $0.01USD if you ask nicely and read this fine print in exchange for deletion of you economy data

### 7.4 AI-Powered Interaction Features

- AI responses are generated locally on your hardware using pattern recognition and behavioral analysis

- AI features enhance bot responses but do not process data through external services or cloud providers

- All AI learning occurs on the hosts local machine and contributes to personalized experience

- AI suggestions are for entertainment and convenience purposes only

- Users may opt out of AI-enhanced responses by addressing the bot differently or contacting support

## 8. Intellectual Property Rights

- The bot software, code, and associated content are owned by the developer

- Third-party integrations (Discord API) remain subject to respective terms

- You retain rights to your original content shared through the bot

- No license or rights are granted to bot code or proprietary features

- Bot integration patterns and response templates are property of the developer

## 9. Third-Party Services

DoopityBot integrates with third-party services:

- **Discord**: Usage subject to Discord's Terms of Service and subscription policies

- **Other Moderation Bots**: DoopityBot monitors MEE6, Dyno, Carl-bot, and other bots' public messages

- **Discord Subscription System**: Payment processing and entitlement management

The developer is not responsible for third-party service changes or outages. Bot integration features depend on other bots continuing to send public messages.

## 10. Service Availability and Modifications

### 10.1 Availability

- The bot may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues

- Features may be modified, added, or removed at developer's discretion

- Bot integration features depend on other bots continuing their operations

- Data loss may occur during service interruptions

### 10.2 Bot Integration Dependencies

- DoopityBot's integration features depend on other moderation bots continuing to operate

- Changes to other bots' message formats may temporarily affect integration

- The developer will update integration patterns when possible but cannot guarantee compatibility

- No refunds or compensation for third-party bot changes

### 10.3 Updates and Changes

- The developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue features

- Bot integration patterns may be updated to maintain compatibility

- Users will be informed of significant changes when possible

## 11. Disclaimers

### 11.1 General Disclaimer

DoopityBot is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. As a commercial service, we strive to provide reliable support but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

### 11.2 Bot Integration Limitations

- DoopityBot cannot guarantee compatibility with all moderation bots

- Integration effectiveness depends on other bots' message formats and availability

- Economic penalties are for entertainment only and have no legal standing

- Bot responses are for entertainment and community management purposes

### 11.3 Limitation of Liability

The developer shall not be liable for:

- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or revenue)

- Service interruptions or data loss

- User-generated content or interactions

- Third-party service issues or changes

- Other moderation bots' actions or decisions

- Economic penalties applied through bot integration

- Incompatibility with other bots or services

Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for premium features in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $20 USD, whichever is greater.

### 11.4 No Warranties

No warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement are provided. Results may vary based on server setup and usage. Bot integration features are provided without warranties regarding third-party bot compatibility.

## 12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of DoopityBot or violation of these Terms, including claims related to bot integration features or economic penalty systems.

## 13. Termination

### 13.1 By User

You may stop using DoopityBot at any time by:

- Removing the bot from servers

- Opting out through available privacy commands

- Cancelling Discord subscription (for premium features)

- Contacting the developer for data deletion

### 13.2 By Developer

Access may be terminated for:

- Violation of these Terms

- Illegal or harmful use

- Server abuse or spam

- At the developer's discretion

- Discord subscription cancellation

Data deletion will follow the Privacy Policy procedures.

## 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws where the developer resides. For EU users, GDPR provisions apply. Disputes will be resolved through reasonable communication with the developer.

## 15. Changes to Terms

The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
