Minerals

I will take the children outside and they will walk around and collect 3 rocks each and we will then bring them all back inside and in groups the children will describe the rocks they each got and then choose a rock from their friends pile and descibe that on a piece of paper.

This will include a stretch of what they look lilke, the color, shape, and the patterns they see.

(*will take rocks back outside and put them back)
