FCAA has established a sound, streamlined and efficient administrative team. There are director group, technical group, publicity group, external relations group, logistics group, administrative department, dance department (dance team, dance rhythm team, dance team), drum band, catwalk department, vocal department (5 vocal groups, 1 small chorus group, joint chorus). With such a core team, all kinds of activities of our group have been able to run efficiently and smoothly for many years.

There are 14 activities organized every week, with rich and colorful forms, including dance, vocal music, catwalk, calligraphy, painting, tourism, drum music, hand-woven production, Tai Chi, soft ball, yoga, various lectures and many other activities. The group has arrangements every month and activities every week.

In the past eight years, the group has organized dozens of large-scale special performances and created 4 brands: the fifth "Maple Melody and Colorful" special evening party, the sixth "Harmony Concert", the sixth "Thousand Artists Gala", and the eighth "Network Theater". It has received attention and praise from the society and achieved good social welfare effects. The influence in the Chinese community is also growing, and it is deeply loved by the audience.

In Canada, a free and peaceful fertile land, it has helped countless Chinese people from strangers to familiarity and integrated into local work, life and culture. It embodies the survival wisdom of the Chinese, like shining sparks, scattered in various communities on this vast land of Canada, helping, activating and making countless Chinese happy.

2024年工作总结

东枫彩多元文化艺术团，是联邦注册的非牟利艺术团体。东枫彩多元文化艺术团成立8年整了，有稳固的中老年团员300多人，人才济济，聚集了大批富有才华和丰富演艺经验的文体娱乐等各方面人才。并可随時应召成为一支有爱心、有能力的义工队伍。

   东枫彩多元文化艺术团建立了一支体制健全、精简高效的行政团队。有导演组、技术组、宣传组、外联组、后勤组，行政部、舞蹈部（舞蹈队、舞韵队、劲舞队）、鼓乐队、走秀部、声乐部（声乐组合5个、小合唱组1个、联合大合唱队）。有了这样一個核心团队,我团各类活动得以经年不断高效流畅运转。

每周组织场地活动14次，形式丰富多彩，涵盖了有舞蹈、声乐、走秀、书法、绘画、旅游、鼓乐、手工编织制作、太极、柔力球、瑜伽、各项讲座等多项活动。团里月月有安排，周周有活动。

八年来，团里组织了几十场大型专场演出，创建了4个品牌：五届《枫韵溢彩》专场晚会，六届《和谐音乐会》，六届〈千艺人大联欢》，八届《网络剧院》。受到了社会的关注和赞扬，收到了良好的社会公益效果。在华人社团中的影响力也越来越大，深受广大观众喜爱。

在加拿大这片自由、和平的沃土中，帮助了无数华人由陌生到熟悉,融入当地的工作、生活和文化。体现了华人的生存智慧,像一颗颗闪亮的星火,散落在加国这片辽阔的土地上的各个社区,帮助着、活跃着、快乐着无数的华裔。

2024年具体活动如下：

2024年我们的工作重点之一是完成联邦项目“老年人用废品创作的精美工艺品、书法、绘画” “Delicate Crafts and Artworks from Waste, Calligraphy and Painting Created by Seniors”，请看3个短片。

除此之外，2024年组织并参与的演出活动多达90多场。参加外请演出：走秀部59场，舞蹈队12场、舞韵队10场、劲舞队10场、鼓乐队2场、声乐部6场。

5-7月份向联邦政府申请了3名暑期工。 3名大学生在各个节目组工作了三个月，参与了3次大型活动，制作排练花絮视频和背投，提高了他们的应变能力及工作能力，向省政府递交了满意的答卷。

2024年6月1日组织团员参加于人村主街尤宁维尔节日盛大游行。

2024年6月8日在于人村广场主办端午节系列文艺演出：有文艺演出、诗词挑战赛、诗歌朗诵颁奖典礼等，获得好评。

6月7-9日与蒙特利尔《北美文化传媒》共同主办《第五届加拿大国际端午文化节》及万水千山“粽”关情端午晚会。

2024年7 月1日下午在图书馆剧场主办第六届《千艺人大联欢》下午场，共有20多家团体七百多位演员参演，取得成功。

2024年7 月1日晚上在图书馆剧场与东方思韵艺术团联合主办第六届《千艺人大联欢》晚会，共有三百多演员参加。这也是东枫彩上半年排练节目的汇报演出。节目精彩纷呈令人目不暇接。

2024年7 月12日劲舞队参加《多伦多首届健身运动会》取得优异成绩 两个节目分别获得最佳人气奖和优秀奖！

2024年8月17-18日下午12-10:00pm在万民艺术剧场举办多伦多音乐节。2天共有5场大型演出演员2000多人，演出节目过百个，观众上万人。共有五大篇章：演出节目涵盖混声大合唱（篇章1）、和声之夜（篇章2）、青少年专场（篇章3）、古筝歌舞专场（篇章4）、声纳乐器专场（篇章5）。2天20多个小时不间断舞台演出节目。周边安排了展览区（书画、工艺品等）、商展区和食品区，得到了社会各界广泛的赞誉。

2024年8月28-9月1日选送6个节目参加2024龙文化节舞台表演，3个节目T台表演。

2024年月22日在团长家举办了劲舞队参加《多伦多首届健身运动会》获奖庆功宴。

2024年12月22日中午与Hot MaMa共同主办了《Hot MaMa颁奖盛典》，东枫彩有3名团员在此获奖。

2024年12月22日下午举办《枫韵溢彩》第五辑专场文艺汇演。粹集了东枫彩下半年来最精彩的节目，每一个节目都是演职人员心血的结晶，他们用精湛的演艺，为观众带来一场奢華的视听盛宴。现场有抽奖和礼品赠送。

2024年12月22日晚上与四个团体（红河谷合唱团、高校鼓乐团、天使艺术团、声纳艺术中心）共同主办《枫韵溢彩》第六辑文艺晚会，获得了成功。现场有抽奖和礼品赠送。

开办了书画、手工编织免费学习班，聘请专业人士授课，免费发放学习用具，让热爱绘画、手工编织的团员技能有了显著提高。

开展了3次专题讲座：制作短视频、心理健康教育、手机电脑的使用等讲座。

2025年活动策划

一、常规活动安排

1. 每周场地活动安排 12-14 次，涵盖多种文化娱乐项目，丰富团员业余生活，包括：

• 舞蹈、鼓乐、柔力球、太极、（陳式太極拳，楊式太極拳）拍打操 （劲舞）

• 大合唱、小合唱、走秀

• 书画、手工

• 各类专题讲座

其他临时活动将在团员群内实时通知。

二、重点活动安排

2. 6月14-15日：举办国际端午节庆典，弘扬传统文化。

3. 6月21日：于新动力演播厅举办“端午月歌舞专场”，展示团员才艺。

4. 7月1日：举办庆国庆大型文艺汇演，庆祝加拿大华诞。

5. 8月30-31日：在Fairview Mall 剧场，联合主办20场《多伦多专场音乐会》，提升团体影响力。

6. 8月：组织一次团员采摘或旅游活动，增进友谊，丰富业余生活。

7. 9月：在公园举办大型太极系列表演活动（太极扇、太极球、太极剑），燒烤，展示传统文化之美。

三、队伍建设与培训

8. 成立太极队、乐器队，鼓励更多中，老年人参与活动，增进身心健康。

9. 联邦项目支持：

• 成立大合唱部，邀请著名歌唱家、指挥家授课，提升合唱水平。
