Meadows Board of Directors
The Meadows Community Association (MCA) is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors. According to the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws for the Meadows Community Association, there are only 2 things that MCA Homeowners get to vote on:
1. Elect directors.
2. Any changes that affect MCA Homeowners' voting rights.
Each year, one or more director positions may become open due to retirements or the conclusion of three-year term limits. This year, three director positions are up for election.
The Board of Directors plays a critical role in determining how The Meadows is managed and how its assets are utilized. In the past ten years, there have been multiple Board Directors who maintained TMCC memberships and some have served in TMCC Board capacities.
The MCA Board has a fiduciary responsibility to MCA Homeowners and should be free of conflicted loyalties to TMCC.
Of the current people running for the open Board positions, only myself, Donald Breece, and Alex Peake are not Meadows Country Club (TMCC) members and free from any conflict of interest between the MCA and TMCC.
Alex and myself will represent all Meadows Homeowners.
