The last time I took an essay writing test in fourth grade, I scored a respectable 84 percent. In hindsight, the essay I was given was as good as the ones I was given in the third grade and second grade. That seems like a long time ago, but it was many years ago. And in fourth grade, I had almost two years of tutoring and teaching to get that essay down to an acceptable level.

Writing an essay in fourth grade is not as easy as it was in third grade and second grade. In fourth grade, all students are learning how to write their own essays. They are required to write their own essays and for that, they are being taught. The essay writing curriculum is extremely detailed. Writing assignments take a good deal of work and effort, and they do not come easy.

A student that is not prepared for the essay that will be expected of them has no chance at all of passing. Those that do pass go on to the next stage of their education, where they will begin to learn how to write their own short essay or report. The more prepared a student is for the essay they are going to be given, the better they will do on the rest of the college entrance exam, and that includes the ACT.

A lot of students will think that just being given an essay in fourth grade is good enough. That is not true. The essays they are being given should be completely different from those that were given in the third and second grade. One of the reasons why is because the curriculum for fourth grade has changed. Essay writing tests are the perfect way to find out if you are ready to take your chances with the College Board and go through the admissions process.

Essay writing tests are a great way to assess your skill level when it comes to writing an essay. Students will find out what they need to improve on, and they will also find out which areas need the most improvement in order to get them ready for the College Board exam. This will allow them to move forward and prepare for the college exam with confidence.
