Hi, I’m Domonique Parker—an instructional designer, lifelong learner, and proud Midwesterner with a global perspective.

I hold a Doctorate in Health Administration, but my story starts in foster care. Education was more than a path—it was my power. That journey shaped my resilience, my curiosity, and my commitment to helping others learn in meaningful, accessible ways- despite barriers they may face.

I’m a firm believer that learning should feel inspiring and inclusive. Whether I’m designing a compliance course or guiding someone through a new tool, I focus on clear outcomes, creative approaches, and real-world impact. I combine my love for teaching and tech with a detail-oriented mindset and a deep respect for data.

I bring the same creative energy into my personal life. You’ll often find me filming DIY videos for social media, trying new recipes, or planning my next travel adventure. I’ve always loved experimenting—whether it’s with design tools, new ideas, or a glue gun and glitter.

For me, design is equal parts strategy and soul. I care about how something works just as much as how it looks. My goal is to create learning experiences that stick—beautifully built, backed by data, and tailored to the people who matter most: the learners.
