• “In about five minutes, they’ll be sent out to delivery, where somebody will be eating these, yes, eating them.” 

• He is making this comment to indicate that the contaminated food would be sent out for delivery to unsuspecting customers

• The video rapidly gained momentum in viewership, which prompted apprehensions regarding the integrity of food safety and triggered detrimental consequences for the reputation of Domino's Pizza. 

• Concurrently, the video amassed almost a million views before its subsequent removal, thus initiating an internal quandary within the organizational infrastructure at Domino's.
