NSRP is a program with the main objective of maintaining a continuing nationwide skills registry through its Skills Registry System (SRS) database. It is an employment facilitation machinery of DOLE that aims to cover all the cities/municipalities with operating Public Employment Service Offices (PESOs).
DOLE through the Bureau of Labor and Employment (BLE) shall promote full employment by facilitating access of Filipino jobseekers to local employment opportunities through policy researches, standards-setting, strategy development, labor market analysis, and provision of technical assistance to regional implementers in support of employment service operations.
SPES is a youth employment-bridging program that aims to provide temporary employment to poor but deserving students, out-of-school youth, and dependents of displaced or would-be displaced workers during summer and/or Christmas vacation or any time of the year to augment the family’s income to help ensure that beneficiaries are able to pursue their education.

The AEP is a permit issued to a non-resident alien or foreign national seeking admission to the Philippines for employment purposes after a determination of a nonavailability of Filipino citizen who is competent, able, and willing at the time of application, to perform the services for which the alien is desired.
RULES IMPLEMENTING ARTICLES 106 TO 109 OF THE LABOR CODE, AS AMENDED
This refers to Contracting or Subcontracting arrangement whereby a principal agrees to farm out to a contract or the performance or completion of a specific job or work within a definite or predetermined period, regardless of whether such job or work is to be performed or completed within or outside the premises of the principal.
Every employer as defined in Rule 1002 shall register his/her business with the Regional Labor Office or authorized representative having jurisdiction thereof to form part of a databank of all covered establishments. Establishments, regardless of the size of economic activity, whether small, medium, or large scale in one single location, shall be one registrable unit.
A DOLE mandate to process the application for registration of workers' associations organized for the mutual aid and protection of its members or for the legitimate purposes except collective bargaining in order for them to acquire legal personality.
Workers’ Association registration refers to the process of determining whether the application for registration of such an organization complies with the documentary requirements prescribed under Rule 3 and 4 of DOLE Department Order No. 40—03, as amended.
Single Entry Approach (SEnA) is an administrative approach to provide a speedy, impartial, inexpensive, and accessible settlement procedure of all labor issues or conflicts to prevent them from ripening into full-blown disputes or actual labor cases. It was first introduced through Department Order 107-10 and later institutionalized through the enactment of Republic Act 10396 in 2013 providing for a 30-day mandatory conciliation-mediation for issues arising from labor and employment (i.e., governed by employee-employer relations). As a form of conciliation-mediation intervention, the main objective is to effect an amicable settlement of the dispute among the different parties wherein a neutral party, the SEnA Desk Officer (SEADO), assists the parties by giving advice, or offering solutions and alternatives to the problems.
DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program towards Community Enterprise Development is a project that helps in making existing livelihood transform into a viable and sustainable business or community enterprise by maximizing the community resources and skills. It enhances, restores, and forms livelihood through training on productivity improvement, workers’ safety and health, entrepreneurship development, and the likes, networking and business alliance, and social protection advocacy.
TUPAD or Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers is a community-based package of assistance that provides emergency employment for displaced workers, underemployed and seasonal workers, for a minimum period of 10 days, but not to exceed a maximum of 30 days, depending on the nature of work to be performed.

Pursuant to Section 7 of Labor Advisory No. 17, Series of 2020, or the Guidelines on Employment Preservation upon the Resumption of Business Operation, employers are hereby advised of the RKS Form 5 of 2020. The form shall be accomplished by establishments for a) Flexible Work Arrangement/ Alternative Work Scheme; b) Temporary Closure; c) Retrenchment/ Reduction of Workforce; and d) Permanent Closure.
The COVID-19 Adjustment Measures Program (CAMP) of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) is a one-time assistance amounting to P5,000 for workers of private companies who had salary deductions or temporary suspensions during the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) period in the Philippines due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
