There are some issues from the previous design.
Lack of Instructions on using the apps (Tooltips are added to view button function while hovering at it)
Lack of information on users' performance (Performance review has been added at the Profile section)
We resolved the issues and developed a mock apps using MockingBot. The following is our final design of the apps:
