To help me troubleshoot faster, please include your iPhone model, iOS version, and app version. You can find the app version under Settings → About → App Version.
Open the Dogs tab and tap the + button in the top right.
You can add a photo, breed, birthday, and microchip number. These details are optional except for the dog’s name.
Create a routine for your dog, such as feeding, walks, medication, grooming, or another activity.
Choose the days and times the routine should repeat, and Dog Walking & Health Tracker will remind you when it is due.
Make sure notifications are enabled for the app in iOS Settings.
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Dog Walking & Health Tracker and make sure Allow Notifications is enabled.
You can also check the app’s Settings screen to see the current notification status.
Go to Settings → Sharing, choose a dog, and tap Invite a Caregiver.
The caregiver will need an iCloud account. You can choose whether each caregiver has edit access or view-only access, and you can remove access at any time.
Yes, if iCloud Sync is enabled.
Your supported records sync through your own iCloud account so they can be available across your compatible devices.
The app is designed to work offline as well. Data entered while offline is stored locally and can sync when an internet connection becomes available.
The app continues to work normally.
Your data is stored locally on your device. You simply won’t have iCloud synchronization or caregiver sharing.

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Open Settings inside the app and tap Manage Subscription.
You can also manage your subscription through iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Deleting a dog removes that dog’s records from the app.
Deleting the app removes its locally stored data from your device.
If iCloud Sync is enabled, synchronized data may also remain in your iCloud account until it is deleted through the app or applicable iCloud settings.
Yes. Your records are stored on your device and, when iCloud Sync is enabled, in your own private iCloud account.
There are no ads, no analytics, and no tracking SDKs.
We do not sell your information or use your dog-care records for advertising.
If you choose to share a dog with a caregiver, that caregiver can access the information included in the shared dog as part of the sharing feature.

It does not provide veterinary or medical advice. Always consult your veterinarian regarding your dog’s health.
