Cancellation Form

If you cannot make it to a Drop-In Session AFTER registering. Please fill out the cancellation form so that we can expect your absence and open up the slot to other players. If you registered and do not fill up this form (or filled it after 7pm on the day itself), we need to charge you an extra RM 10 for your next session (RM 20 total) to make it fair.

Do you feel like something's missing? Something's not right? Some things can be improved? Worry not, we have prepared a safe, confidential and anonymous platform anyone and everyone to voice out their concerns. Who knows, you may even drop us a compliment to encourage us to do even better!
