How to Delete Your DocuNest Account and Data
To request deletion of your DocuNest account and associated data:
1. Open the DocuNest app
2. Go to the Profile section
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted
Alternatively, you can request deletion by emailing colindower490@outlook.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account.
What gets deleted:
Your account details (email, sign-in credentials), purchase history, and referral data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of your request.
What may be retained:
Anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (Firebase Analytics) that cannot be tied back to your identity may be retained for internal reporting purposes.
