POST-FOUNDATION
6/3/2026  -  Post CI Explosives Tampering - During an operation post  recovering an CI hostage, explosives were found within the hostage while they were on the operating table where upon they were detonating.   "Shrapnel and bone along upper body as a result of an implanted explosive device. Three of her fingers severed; left index at the distal, and right ring and pinky at the proximal phalanges. Latter occured when she attempted to shield her face from piece of shrapnel that landed in her eye, requiring removal along with the eye itself."

8/2/2026 - Post CI FR torture - Patient presented with severe acid burns on their feet and legs. Feet had bone partially visible and legs had minor burns.

 Post CI Fr Torture - Following surgical procedures, Holly was prescribed a multitude of pain medications, shortly after the incident the CS were paid to mend her wounds via anomolous means.
