1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Doc Fill PDF Editor and Merger ("App", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Doc Fill PDF Editor and Merger. Your continued use of the App following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of the App
Doc Fill PDF Editor and Merger is a mobile productivity application that provides the following features:
Form Filler Tools
Text Tool — Add, edit, and format text anywhere on a PDF document
Sign Tool — Create, save, and apply electronic signatures to documents
Pencil Tool — Draw freehand annotations and markups on PDF pages
Shape Tool — Insert geometric shapes, lines, and callouts
Erase Tool — Remove annotations, drawings, and markups
Image Tool — Insert and position images within PDF documents
PDF Management Tools
Merge PDF — Combine multiple PDF files into a single document
Compress PDF — Reduce PDF file size while maintaining quality
The App is intended for personal and professional productivity use. It does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind.
3. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 4 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
The App does not require account registration. All document processing is performed locally on your device. We do not collect or store your documents on our servers unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Privacy Policy.
4. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App
Use the App to develop a competing product or service
5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App offers optional premium subscription plans processed exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase system:
Weekly Plan — $1.99 per week
Monthly Plan — $3.99 per month
Yearly Plan — $14.99 per year
All purchases are processed by Apple Inc. and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale. We do not have access to your payment information.
Subscription Terms
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase
Free trials, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends
No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods, except where required by applicable law
To request a refund, please contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to process refunds directly.
6. User Content and Data
You retain full ownership of all documents, files, and content you create, import, or process using the App ("User Content").
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
All document processing is performed locally on your device
We do not upload, transmit, or store your documents on external servers
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your documents
We do not access, view, or use your document content for any purpose
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any content you process through the App, and that your use does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App to:
Process documents that contain content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or fraudulent
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any person or entity
Create or distribute forged, falsified, or fraudulent documents
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App if you violate this Acceptable Use policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, interface, features, code, branding, logos, and all associated content, is the exclusive intellectual property of the developer of Doc Fill PDF Editor and Merger and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the App or its intellectual property, except for the limited license explicitly granted in Section 4.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
The App will meet your specific requirements
The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
Any errors in the App will be corrected
The App will produce legally binding documents or signatures in your jurisdiction
Electronic signatures created using the App may not be legally valid in all jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining the legal validity of signatures and documents in your applicable jurisdiction. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified legal professional for legal documents.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER OF DOC FILL PDF EDITOR AND MERGER BE LIABLE FOR:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of data, documents, or files resulting from use of the App
Legal, professional, or regulatory consequences arising from documents processed through the App
Decisions made based on documents edited or signed using the App
Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your device or documents
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $1.00 USD IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS.
11. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information in connection with the App.

12. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or allow export to third-party services such as Apple Files, iCloud Drive, email clients, and other applications available on your device. Your use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services.
13. App Updates and Availability
We may release updates, bug fixes, or new versions of the App from time to time via the Apple App Store. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time, with or without notice.
We are not obligated to provide any particular features, updates, or support for the App.
14. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or us. Your rights under these Terms will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 15 survive termination of these Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.
16. Apple App Store Requirements
The following terms apply specifically to your use of the App obtained through the Apple App Store, as required by Apple Inc.:
Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the App developer only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance and support services for the App.
Scope of License
The license granted is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the App Store Review Guidelines.
Maintenance and Support
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. Any maintenance and support obligations rest solely with the App developer.
Warranty
Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Product Claims
The App developer, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Intellectual Property Rights
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of such claim.
Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
17. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, by providing notice within the App.
Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
