In consideration of participating in the Do It In Delphi Dash 5K Walk/Run, I, the undersigned participant, hereby waive, release, and discharge the Event Director, Zeffy, their agents, sponsors, volunteers, employees, and all other associated parties (“Releasees”) from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages for injury to myself or my property, arising before, during, or after the event. This release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

I understand running or walking in this event is potentially hazardous and that I should not participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to: falls, contact with others, weather, traffic, and course conditions. I agree to follow all instructions from race officials and certify that I am physically fit for this event.

If I become ill or injured during the event, I authorize the Event Director to secure medical care as deemed necessary and accept full financial responsibility for such care, including transport, treatment, and hospitalization.

I grant permission to the Releasees to use my name, voice, and image in any event-related media for legitimate purposes.

I understand that all entry fees are non-refundable and bib numbers are non-transferable. The event may be postponed, modified, or canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, including weather or safety concerns, without refund.

I have read this waiver, understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily, intending it to be a complete release of liability to the fullest extent allowed by law. If any part is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.

By registering for the Dinky Dash race, I acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, weather conditions, and course hazards. I understand that volunteers will monitor the race, and I agree that my participant will follow all safety instructions and precautions given.

I also grant permission to the Event Directors and their affiliates to use my participant’s name, voice, and images in any photographs, publications, or other recordings of this event for legitimate purposes.

By registering for the race, I waive and forever release any and all claims for damages or injuries that I, my participant, or our property may suffer against the Event Directors, Volunteers, Sponsors, and Employees of participating organizations.
