a)Gas Chromatogram with FID and MS as detector
Organic compounds were analyzed using HP-5 and FFAP columns using Agilent Technologies GC (7890B) & Shimadzu (QP-Ultra 2010) GC-MS. Cleaning of Mass Spectroscope ion source chamber.
b) High Performance Liquid Chromatography
Cyclohexane oxidation to adipic acid was standardized and analysed on HPLC using RP-18 column and water: Methanol 9:1 with a phosphate buffer (0.001M) as the mobile phase and UV detector using Agilent HPLC.
c)Infrared Spectrometer with praying mantis assembly
Handled Perkin Elmer IR having a MCT detector and ZnSe detector and used for performing insitu pyridine/CO2 adsorption studies using Praying Mantis Assembly developed by Harricks Scientific Products Inc.
d) X-Ray Diffraction (XRD)
X-ray diffraction measurements were made using Phillips PAN analytical diffractometer using Cu Kα radiation (λ = 1.5406 Å).
e) Chemisorb 2720
Analysed heterogeneous catalyst for surface acidity/basicity on Micromeritics ChemiSorb 2720 instrument with Helium as the carrier gas using ammonia/CO2 molecules.
f)Fluorescence Spectrophotometer
Analysed interactions of surface hydroxyl groups of Metal with fluorescent Rhodamine-6g dye using PTI Quanta Master™.
