I'm Dharamsinh Ninama, a passionate Entrepreneur from Gujarat, India. I hold a master's degree in Integrated M.Sc-M.Ed from the esteemed Indian Institute of Teacher Education in Gandhinagar.

My journey in research commenced in 2016, focusing on the fascinating field of botany. In 2017, I embarked on a transformative Project Rhythmic Consciousness- Research and Study on human Potential, that expanded my horizons, leading me to explore various domains, from scientific research to religious scriptures, personal experiences, spirituality, and beyond. In 2022, Established DN Research and Innovation Organization Pvt Ltd, with the Vision "The world is getting better for living as we integrate the wisdom of all ages to maximize human potential."

As a dedicated researcher, my mission is to contribute meaningfully in three crucial areas:

For Harmonizing Education: Integrating the Perfect Rhythm Program into Schools/institutes to help Educators, and Students reach their full potential which also reduces educational resistance and enables parents to new-age parenting, with technologies, their religion, and the nation's Government.
For Corporate Advancement: Conducting research and developing innovative new product models to fulfill diverse needs, as well as creating strategic services for adapting to evolving changes.
For Nature & Sustainable Energy: Finding and spreading key Ideas and actions among researchers & people that could preserve nature and enable us to develop a complete ecosystem with sustainable energy.

Journey to start a company

In my early life, being a professor (2012-2015) was an exciting profession for me.

While studying subjects in depth, becoming a scientist and author (2016) felt more appeal. For this purpose, I delved into various sources of knowledge, including scientific research, the scriptures of Sanatan Dharma and other religions, and spirituality.

I realized that simply writing a book would not be enough for an effective outcome; I needed to combine various factors that affect results. Therefore, I attempted to develop a collaborative program with an international company. However, instead of collaborating, they offered me a consultancy position for their services. The cost of their program, at around 4.5 lakhs, was unaffordable for many Indian students. Therefore, in 2018, I decided to start my own company and develop my own program. During that time, I was involved in IITE's placement program. However, due to inconsistent interest, it remained a valuable learning experience. From 2019 to 2022, I spent most of my time in isolation for R&D purposes. While I did not improve my academic performance significantly, I maintained a respectable CGPA of around 8.5. and By combining my experimentation and experience with my previous work (Project Rhythmic Consciousness: Research and Study on Human Potential), I completed the research and development of the program.

Although I had many opportunities as mentioned above, including school management, teaching positions in schools, and college lectureships, I chose to pursue a different path. In my whole journey as a researcher, my goal remained the same: assembling the wisdom of all ages to maximize human potential and make the world better for living in various aspects. This goal became even stronger as I gathered more information and learned new skills.

Formal Education

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the esteemed teachers, professors, and mentors at IITE, Gandhinagar, for their invaluable guidance and teachings. They, like stars in the sky, have shone their light and wisdom on me.

I'm thankful to all my friends, classmates, and senior and junior friends for the wonderful time and the help they've given me, both directly and indirectly. They, like flowers in a garden, have added color and fragrance to my life.

During these years, the experiences of internship tasks, navigating both favorable and adverse circumstances, and events honed my real-time performance and decision-making skills.

These experiences, like stones in a river, have smoothed and shaped my character and skills.

Integrated Master of Science & Master of Education [3 Years, 2018-21] with 8.58 Cumulative Grade Point Average.

While pursuing my Master's program, I decided to start a company in the first half-year (2018). As a result, I dedicated myself fully to the project from 2019 onwards, serving as my own research subject for Project RC (study on Human Potential). All my academic work during this period aligned with the project goals.

Integrated Bachelor of Science & Bachelor of Education [4 Years,2014-18] with 7.57 Cumulative Grade Point Average.

In the first year and a half, I focused on leisure activities like playing games and watching sci-fi movies while also improving my English skills and studies. From 2016 onwards, I actively pursued research with the goal of becoming a scientist. During this time, I was also working on a book manuscript.

Schooling

12th Standard at Crystal Science Day School, Lunawada: Gained valuable experiences in discipline, consistency, and exam preparation.
11th Standard at Chanakya Day School of Science, Lunawada: Here, I developed a keen interest in formal education.
6th to 10th Standard at Komal Vidhyamandir, Karodiya purv: During this period, I was more introverted and found myself more interested in exploring my own questions than in traditional school studies.
1st to 5th Standard at Jalampura Faliya Prathmik Shala, Salara: As a child, I displayed a spark of intelligence along with a playful spirit.

Dharma & Spiritual Journey

Gayatri Parivar

The Gayatri Parivar is known as a living model of a future society that unifies wisdom, the principles of Sanatan Dharma, and science. I grew up in a family that is part of the Gayatri Parivar. The great teachings of Shri Ram Sharma Acharya and the disciplines of Sanatan Dharma provided direction in my early life.

Spiritual Journey

Around the age of 16, I received Guru Diksha from Parampujya Pritam Muni Ji. In my experience, the guidance and blessings of Guru Ji, as well as the practice of meditation, align us with our true selves and help us reach higher states of consciousness. Finding answers to my questions brought me peace, and serving others with my various abilities brought me bliss. Doing what I love brings me great satisfaction.

Interfaith Understanding

Dharma and Dharma Shastras are great sources of knowledge. Even if someone doesn't find answers in them, spirituality can be a source of inner wisdom. I have read a little bit of the scriptures of other religions and cultures. I found that many things were similar, while some religions explained and implemented them with a deeper understanding. Some religions establish strict traditions and beliefs for a better life. However, every religion has its own unique way of expressing the same universal laws and principles. I genuinely respect them all.

In 2023

In 2023, the month of Shravan was particularly special due to Adhik Maas. During this time, I entered complete isolation, fasting, and remained in a deeply meditative state(Non Religious). This period allowed me to develop a new technique, gain a profound understanding of the nature of consciousness in relation to time, and explore ways to integrate modern lifestyles with a generalized collaborative approach. The insights gained during this journey became a foundational element in refining the Perfect Rhythm Program.

Informal Education

Home and family play the most important role in our lives. They shape our culture and education, which in turn influence our decisions. I am grateful for my home and family, who were the best for me.

My childhood was normal; we used to watch religious serials, news, and movies on TV channels. However, since my teenage years, my interest in how things work has become intense.

International TV channels were the first source that connected me to global science and development through documentaries and shows. Everything was in English, but I still watched them.

Later, in 2017, I was working on a manuscript related to education, so my reading interest became wider. I converted this book into Project Rhythmic Consciousness: Research & Study on Human Potential (2017-22).

In between those years, I studied commerce a bit to start the company and learned IT skills.
