How we can collaborate

We utilize Psychosocial Data Science to conduct Research on public discontent and systemic bottlenecks. We then work with other civic society organizations to design strategies to address our analysis.

After identifying social pain points we proceed to lead and manage the Development of crowdsourced technological tools aimed at providing systemic troubleshooting and designed as short-term solutions.

Additionally, if any of our initiatives are ready to spin-off and become their own thing, we make sure they go out with a sustainable business model, and our continued support and networking access.
We call this technique Conscious Project Management, which is a philosophy ingrained within every aspect of DMTi. We nurture and share this concept on 1on1 sessions and weekly meetings where we discuss our challenges, strategies, and experiences.

We mainly focus on Social startups with a Technological base, which are the harder ones to manage due to the lack of funding and their often "disruptive" effect on the local markets and institutions.
