This project is based on the results of the Psychosocial Study titled "ProblemaTicas", where 5 main points of said analysis became the core of this project which involves Public Institutions and Civic Society:
Governments (regardless of scale) must have better participation tools available to all citizens
The Social Justice gap created by systemic stagnation requires many different Constitutional Reforms
The Costarrican Citizens demand a New Social Contract, that can better leverage all rights and dues
Citizens also demand a more transparent and agile digital system for interacting with their Institutions
On the subject of political accountability, the implementation of readily available technological tools (open-source, blockchain, etc) may alleviate systemic saturation that causes ongoing stagnation.
With those 5 key points in mind, we set out to design a solution for each one, technological in design and social in nature, aiming to create an environment where a "Democracy 4.0" can be sustained and citizens thrive:

As is the case with many of our initiaves, this particular project started as a serires of complaints aimed at our congress Asamblea Legislativa.
When we studied the root cause of the social unrest we realized there were 2 main social pain points:
Its quicker and cheaper to create a business outside of Costa Rica, than it is to do so within its borders
Most P2P service and commercial exchange in lower ranges is conducted in legal gray
marketsareas
In order to address these issues we designed a "Public Competitor" Service/DAPP that would serve to expose the legal voids contributing to the social pain point, as well as a legislavite "patch" for said issue:

We mainly focus on Social startups with a Technological base, which are the harder ones to manage due to the lack of funding and their often "disruptive" effect on the local markets and institutions.
