Research

I am an early-career researcher engaging in different studies in the field of Psychology.

Teach

I am currently teaching Psychology 101 to students of the University of the Philippines Diliman.

Practice

I facilitate mental health and well-being workshops and provide various psychosocial support services, including psychotherapy.

Advocacy

I support advocacies, such as mental health awareness through the arts, human-animal bond, reproductive rights, and SOGIE equality.

I just finished my graduate thesis about the role of pets in the mental health and well-being of UP Diliman students! :) Road to #Sablay2025 and getting my Master of Arts in Psychology (Clinical Psychology) from the Department of Psychology, University of the Philippines Diliman by July 2025! I am also now preparing for my licensure exam to become a registered Psychologist here in the Philippines.
