Registration

Tickets grant access to Cosmocaixa - Science Museum, but do not guarantee access to the auditorium. There is a low probability that all seats in the auditorium are occupied, because we have distributed more tickets than seats available. We have applied this policy because of the high rate of no-shows in previous editions of DLBCN (+30%). The seats in the auditorium will be assigned with a first come-first served policy. If the auditorium reaches capacity, a waiting line will be formed at the door, and new guests will be let in if others leave the auditorium. Do not leave apparel/bags in the auditorium seats between sessions. They may be collected and brought to the auditorium door to free the seats.

Notice that the auditorium will be emptied after each oral session so, in case you cannot access the auditorium because we reached capacity, you can still enter for the next session following again the first come-first served policy.  If this is the case, we suggest that you watch the session online, go for a walk in the posters area, or visit the amazing Cosmocaixa - Science Museum meanwhile.

• November 18 - 30: Presenters, co-authors and organizers.

• November: 25 - 30: Volunteers from organizing academic institutions.

• November 25 - December 8: Presenters and organizers in previous editions. Fill this form and you will receive an email with instructions.

• December 2 - 8: Members of organizing institutions & sponsors: Contact your representative in the organizing committee using your institutional email address. If there is no representative, email dlbcnai@gmail.com from your institutional address. Update: All available tickets were distributed on December 2.

• December 9 - 14: Subscribers of our mailing list. Sign up before this date to receive the registration link on the first day of the window. 

• December 15-17: General public can register from a link that will be posted on this page.

• December 17: Same day onsite at the registration desk. A waiting line will be created and, 15 minutes after the start of the event, additional tickets will be distributed among those in the line if seats are still available. In previous years, there were always some free seats. We will post on Twitter & BlueSky if we reach the capacity of the auditorium.
