The Web / Data Visualization & Analysis

The number of devices connected to the Internet and the size of application data are ever-growing. The Web and the Internet of Things is driving increased connectivity among devices, vehicles, online platforms, organizations, and people, generating unprecedented amounts of data. In this research topic, various techniques for web mining is used to identify and extract large data sets that is of interest especially from open source data and social media platforms such as Twitter. Another topic of interest is to conduct various visualization and analysis to discover patterns in the data that is extracted.
