"DJ Jeffy was the DJ for our wedding reception. His energy alone deserves five stars! He created an amazing experience with me from the moment I booked him. I believe he contacted me in less than an hour of submitting a contact form! The initial phone call made me confident that DJ Jeffy would make my wedding night a one to remember. This was our second reception for our daughter so we decided to give him a list of 20 recommended songs to give him the vibe for our event. He put together a completed Playlist that really worked for the bride and groom! He took requests from guests throughout the night but only if they seem to fit in the vibe. "We were introduced to Jeff at a social gathering and knew he would be a good DJ once we got engaged. Jeff did our ceremony and reception music, and did it well. He had a huge list of songs to choose from for our reception music and stuck to the list we provided (along with a few requests from guests). Jeff had a way of keeping the party atmosphere alive and keeping our guests on the dance floor all night (including joining us for a few dances, getting us to start a train, etc.). He even helped show us how to do a few of the lesser-known dances.

In lieu of a dollar dance, we did honeymoon fund jars. Since we are a house divided, we had one jar for MSU and one jar for U of M, and we asked Jeff to announce before dinner what they were for, and how the winning team would get their fight song played and the losing team had to go to the opposing school's sporting event wearing their sports gear. Jeff made a few reminders throughout the night, and when it was time for the winner to be announced, he counted the money for us and made the announcement suspenseful and fun (even though as the bride, I lost).

"I got married a few weeks ago and Jeff was our DJ. He truly is a great DJ and is wonderful to work with. He is so active with the crowd, really pays attention to what they want to hear and what songs are bringing them to the dance floor. I didn't have him for my rehearsal but on the day of the wedding he was very on point with all the cues that were given to him. He was on time and set up his area appropriately. He also endured the heat and the humidity (thank you for doing that). I really recommend him if you're looking for an emcee/DJ who isn't going to be annoying, throw in dumb jokes or punchlines, be awkward or play bad music that no one knows or cares for." - Elizabeth H. "I can't say enough positive things about DJ Jeff Brickman. He was so responsive to emails, calls, and texts. I didn't even meet him until the night of my wedding in December 2017 but I knew he would be there and do amazing. He was truly amazing. Personal touches throughout the night. Every song you played at the reception was perfect! Even through not feeling well (which I couldn't tell at all) you were energetic, professional and courtesy of everyone in the room. “DJ Jeffy B is without a doubt a FANTASTIC DJ!!! He recently hosted our wedding and we couldn’t have asked for more. I have never been one to write reviews on someone, but Jeff truly deserves all the word of mouth advertising he can get!! Our wedding was at an outside venue and our reception was inside. He brought all the equipment for the ceremony and the reception. His ceremony gear is small enough to not be intrusive, but packs plenty of sound quality, so all of your guests will be able to enjoy the acoustics. Once inside, his full setup was awesome... Great light show, excellent sound quality and incredible music selection.

One of the biggest things that blew us away was Jeff’s diligent follow-up during the planning phases. He truly cares about his clients and it shows in the level of professionalism he displays. He called us several times to follow up on minor details just to make sure everything was perfect. At the reception his personality kept everyone entertained and comfortable. I can’t express enough how much we enjoyed working with Jeff.

Another great perk of Jeff’s service is he allows you to build your entire playlist for the evening. If by chance you happen to request a song he doesn’t have, he will get it for you.

If you still need more convincing, just give him a call! He’s incredibly reasonably priced compared to many other DJs we spoke to and is as good or better than any we’ve seen at other weddings or events... some of which costing thousands more.

“The decision to hire Jeff as our DJ was one of the best throughout our wedding process. All of the music was our choice, which was great. Throughout the night, the event got way off schedule due to guests moving from place to place and the reception facility being a little behind on serving dinner.
